been married since may and havent noticed my ring getting in the way at all! and mine is quite a large ring about 6mm wide andy

So finally got to use this in a band practice! an amazing amp, such a fat sound, it cuts really well! i dnt mind that the eq isnt going to give me massive changes as i dnt need it to! it sits in the mix and takes pedals really well, throw some thick fuzz at it and it just becomes a beast!

the venue i had been thinking of for plymouth isnt free so im ok with having exeter as the venue. just dnt know it so would have to hand the reigns to someone who whos places it could be held. andy

done a bit more set up work on this to bring the action down a bit! bleedy stonking bass! played it for the first time thru my 810/ctm100 combo! Epic! gonna be using to basses at gigs i think! to good to not play! andy

i had the everything standard for a good 8 months, in my metal band with new D'addario pro steels, and it cut thru really nicely, nice grind etc. didnt need to change really but just fancied getting a set of nordstrand pickups to throw in it, and it just made the out put and bit hotter (not masses tho) and made everything a bit better sounding all round. still have stock controls tho only the pups have changed. andy

[/quote] doubt it, but maybe if you are pushing alot of lows, of there are large spikes in the sound, i know first hand its hard to pick out a cab struggling thru dirt or fuzz, i have a hpf (high pass filter) thats doesnt let anything below 40hz go to my amp.

think the last one went well, whos up for another? maybe in plymouth or exeter? theres a venue in plymouth that might let us use it in the day big room good sound. get a nice bunch of guys/gals together as much gear as we can and see what happens? Andy

Are you pushing alot of lows into the cabs? as even tho your below the rated wattage you could still be pushing the cab hard? andy
