1. i see this all the time with guitartists and im just wandering how to do it? ive been looking at a dual rig for a while but space wise its not a goer at the minute, so im just wandering if i could go down this route. i used to love the natural dirt i got out of my old orange ad140b head when cranked but kinda lost some clarity in the notes, so im looking in a few months at grabbing myself a ad200b for some valve goodness, also for recording. but i really fancy having a nice cleanish sound from my aggie mixed in with the dirty orange, no seprate effects both get feed the same thing from my pedal board. im guessing theres some sort of mixer that goes between the amps and speaker? andy
 2. 610's awesome and also isnt so big that its a pain to move, i used to fit my rig in a 05 ford fiesta and as it has casters no need to carry it everywhere. also im even considering getting a second and running my db750 at 2 ohms! andy
 3. i like my 610 works for me, sometimes bashed a bit on forums but it works good for me. and is light and easier to move than an 810. andy
 4. surely the di in the amp will work? on mine the post or pre switch only applies to the pre amp i think? my di gets the full dirty signal from all my effects, have you tried the di on it to see what sound you get? distortion for me sounds better coming through a cab mic'd but i never get the chance at most of our gigs. andy
 5. Boss ce-5 awesome pedal the ceb-3 is nice to tho. And dnt be tempted by the behringer bass chorus its imho utter crap, its cheap and thats the only plus Andy
 6.
Oh yeah cheers, So nothing in or outputting through one of the A or B channels. Makes a lot more sense haha, Just make sure i get it right first time, I'm sure it wont blow up or anything, but better safe than sorry, ;P Tom
Indeed For the money its really good, i also had some fun and put a few pedals in the other loop so you can mix effects together rather than them being inline ie one before the other. Andy
 7.
sounds like a good idea, But i'm still not fully understood, haha, me just being a simpleton i expect, So, you have it on the "A + B MIX - Bypass" setting, cool, and you have your clean signal going through "A in - A out" for example, and then you proceed to put the effect in a loop through "B in - B out" And you just leave the standard in and out port with nothing? And you can still bypass the effect if needs be? from the LS2? sorry for so many questions, I just always get confused with effects loops etc. haha
Almost right. Loop a - out to your effect(s) and into loop a return. Loop b - empty (clean sound) And use the input and output as tho its a norm boss pedal, these inputs are the bypass. Make sense? Andy
 8. i use an boss ls-2 for exactly what your describing, they work really well and you can grab them 2nd had for about 45 quid? although ive heard alot about the x blender but i can't rem who makes it? if you google xblender it will come up or do a search on here, but for me the ls-2 is more than enough. andy /\ what joe said basically!
 9.
just my 2p worth. I bought a USA SVT410HLF from a guy on here and was in prestine condition when i had it. I have done a fair bit of gigging with it and lugging in and out of cars, studios etc and now the tolex is really starting to take a battering. It tears, unsticks dents with the smallest of contacts. I have had a good few other brands of cabs and my old Trace 8x10 took a far more battering than the ampeg and didnt even rip once. basically, i think even the USA made stuff (well my cab at least) is crap at being used! sounds awsome and i want the bigger 6x10 but i want it to last and not look like a peice of crap! SORT IT OUT AMPEG!
my 610hlf awesome and it has sliders on the back so its not as subject to bangs etc but i still got a cover for it. get one there awesome! andy
 10.
The Aggie DB sound is excellent...I haven't tried an Aguilar amp yet ( ) but the cabs are excellent. Those mids are punchy but in no way obstructive to a good tone.
i'd be very carefull if you try an aggie amp it could be expensive not tried the 751 but the ag500 is a wicked little amp! (i know its not little!) really wanna give the cabs a good try never really had a chance to play through them properly. andy
 11. is it just me or is that ugly as hell? whats with the pickguard! are they making a fretted version? atleast fender thought of that? andy
 12.
The Ampeg SVT 210AV is a really great sounding little cab, if you like the Ampeg sound - two of those maybe? They handle 200 watts at 8 ohms.
was just about to say this! arent they basically a quarter of an 810? ive played this with the micro head and its awesome it is a mini svt andy
 13. isn't that an old ibanez flanger? sounds awesome! i use a trusty boss ph-3 nice phaser and throw some fuzz or dirt in vront of it it gets crazy andy

 17.
Bought as a simple pedal to use 2 amps in parallel. It does work but is far more complicated than I need ! Paid £79 1 week ago, looking for £60 inc postage. If anyone has a LEHLE AB Y Box would happily p/ex with money from me.
pm'd andy
 18.
Yeah no worries. Reckon its a few weeks offbut ill updaye as soon as ive tried and or purchased.
Awesome man Andy

 23.
if you build a loop pedal... you will still have to step on the loop pedal when you want to use the wah... or am I missing something?
nope your not missing anything i just hate having to push down and hit the switch, could just leave it on then hit the looper and bring in the wah. tho tbh id rather have it modded to be like a 105q andy
 24.
You're in luck! http://www.glab.com.pl/true_bypass_wah-pad_en
ooo ive seen a video of this! 80 quid is a bit much but an idea none the less. andy
 25. ive just got myself a dunlop crybaby zakk wylde wah love the sound but i really hate having to turn it on via the switch unlike the bass crybaby where you can just stand on it! ive thought of two things i can do to sort this, move the switch so i can turn it on like a pedal, or build a tb loop pedal so the wah can be on the whole time. or im considering just making it like the bass wah? is this possible? andy
