    Hi, I just got this pedal in a trade and am thinking of cool ways to use it in my band. Im thinking for solos or lines that i want to stand out a bit, also ive got some really cool bits that im thinking i could use the whammy changing the odd note etc(kinda inspired by tool) But i do have an ls-2 lying around doing not that much if i put some distortion and the whammy in the loop set to the octave up kinda be similar to a guitar and thicken the sound but im thinking it might be waste of the whammy? Also anyone got any suggestions how do u use yours? Just for info its not the bass whammy i believe its a whammy 4? Andy

    boss ce-5 is an awesome pedal! although i also use a boss bf-3 set to a chorus kinda sound which i like. andy

    i normally use the di on my aggie, or mic the cab. for me mic'ing the cab sounds by far the best. and although not live sound as such i kinda had a go at copying fleas setup in the studio a while ago a di straight after my bass then into pedal board to amp with another di from my head and my cabinet mic'd, in the end i only used the first di and mic sounds huge tho! its a really cheap dual rig if u use a pa all the time. i love delay! ive got the ehx memory boy and the mxr carbon coby! if you need tap tempo then neither are for you, but there well worth checking out as they are very cool pedals! also the line 6 DL4 is wicked! andy

    probably an obvious one but i love cliff burtons insane distorted bass on orion and obviously pulling teeth but thats not exaclty a tone for a band setting. but as a curve ball i like the sounds the new bassist from the artic monkeys gets, i think he uses a dual rig tho but sounds wicked!     new- mxr carbon copy, this is an awesome pedal used at practice only and kept in a pedalboard so is like new. awesome pedal really dnt wanna have to get rid of the pedal but the current money situation means i need to unless a good trade comes up and it'll save me money in the future. im looking for 80 quid as ive only had it about 3 months and that includes postage.(traded) i also have a crybaby wylde wah(zakk wylde sig) has no rubber feet but works really well apart from that, a few minor sctraches but nothing to bad. im looking for [b]50[/b] quid all posted also have a boss hr-2 but the stacked pot is broken so both the harmony notes have to be the same volume not really a huge problem as you can dial out the 2nd harmony if needed, because of this im only looking for ( Sold ) behringer bass chorus, not using this anymore due to owning a boss ce-5, 20 quid and its yours! im up for trades so feel free to offer, im after a ehx mini pog or some form of octave pedal but as i said offer away with anything! andy

    i see this all the time with guitartists and im just wandering how to do it? ive been looking at a dual rig for a while but space wise its not a goer at the minute, so im just wandering if i could go down this route. i used to love the natural dirt i got out of my old orange ad140b head when cranked but kinda lost some clarity in the notes, so im looking in a few months at grabbing myself a ad200b for some valve goodness, also for recording. but i really fancy having a nice cleanish sound from my aggie mixed in with the dirty orange, no seprate effects both get feed the same thing from my pedal board. im guessing theres some sort of mixer that goes between the amps and speaker? andy

    610's awesome and also isnt so big that its a pain to move, i used to fit my rig in a 05 ford fiesta and as it has casters no need to carry it everywhere. also im even considering getting a second and running my db750 at 2 ohms! andy

    i like my 610 works for me, sometimes bashed a bit on forums but it works good for me. and is light and easier to move than an 810. andy

    surely the di in the amp will work? on mine the post or pre switch only applies to the pre amp i think? my di gets the full dirty signal from all my effects, have you tried the di on it to see what sound you get? distortion for me sounds better coming through a cab mic'd but i never get the chance at most of our gigs. andy

    Boss ce-5 awesome pedal the ceb-3 is nice to tho. And dnt be tempted by the behringer bass chorus its imho utter crap, its cheap and thats the only plus Andy
