  2. Top guy to deal with, and especially great comms throughout. Shop here with confidence, BCers! 😎
  3. Sold Steve my Orange Terror Mk2 amp. An absolute pleasure to deal with throughout - shop and trade here with confidence, fellow BCers! Phil 😎
  4. @StealthI can get them to either location within the next four weeks, maybe even two weeks. Definitely Brum (Bromsgrove to be specific), and most likely Thame (near Oxford). They’ll still be black though, and Orange!
  5. ...and if the price is also right, I’ll take the 1x15. Should be a whole lot easier to then sell just the head - just saying.

  7. Sold!! Now reduced to £250 shipped - they are about £400 new!! Darkglass Alpha Onega Ultra pedal - overdrive, distortion, DI and headphone amp. In vgc in a very nice box, complete with a packet of stick on feet and a User Manual, and no velcro anywhere!! There’s even a USB socket so you edit your speaker cab emulation via the Darkglass software suite.....but if you’ve got this far you probably already know this. Anyways, taken in p/ex and I’ve already got most of these areas covered, so up for sale it goes. Price includes insured shipping.
  8. ****I’m dropping this into Bass Direct this Saturday for them to sell on, so if you want it at this price or thereabouts, speak now**** My dream rig has come up, so it’s time for another change (and a small mortgage - thanks, Mesa). (The Orange Terror 500w Mk2 head.....is now sold) There’s now only one Orange OBC-112 cab (400 watts, 8 ohms, and 26 lbs in weight, so nice and light) with a Roqsolid cover, and it’s in extremely good condition, and not gigged by me. These are £399 new, but only £275 to you if collected - reasonable half-way meets are cool. Shipping is unlikely, as I don’t have any boxes to suit. Happy to split. Bear in mind the cabs are best collected although I do get to Birmingham and Oxford on occasion.
  9. Ian bought my Spector - an absolute pleasure to deal with, and when Boris permits it, it’d be cool to actually meet up next time I’m in Brum. Thanks Ian - take good care of her. Phil 😎
  10. Here we go again. Bought it new, wasn’t using it that much, sold it on here, started missing it, bought it back........and now have to fund an incoming amp, so I’ll switch back to my separate pedals. Good job I hung on to them. Helix HX Effects, in superb condition,, and still has the plastic screen protectors. Complete with box, PSU and bumph. A serious bit of kit, with more features than I’ll ever use. Full details here: https://uk.line6.com/hx-effects/ Save about £120 on a new one, with my almost new one - check my feedback for reassurance of a pain-free transaction and quality item. Stick £10 on the price for UK insured shipping.
  11. **Now (almost) free to a good home, if buyer collects, and sticks £5 into an Asthma charity box somewhere** As per the title and pretty pictures, really, External dimensions are roughly 57cm x 37cm x 16cm. New, these are £110, so much less than half price to you, guv. The wooden inlay board has been drilled a bit, but it’s easy to hit Jewsons for a replacement, if you want. It’s in very good condition, bar the board, weighs about 8 kilos, and is extremely robust. Nuclear war proof, in fact. Feel free to get in touch post-war, for a refund, if it doesn’t make it through. Happy to post at your cost, or okay with a half-way meet within reason.
  12. Bought a Thomann PA from Andy. Seamless transaction, and a pleasure to deal with - many thanks. Phil
  13. ****I failed to make it to Bass Direct, so it’s back up for sale on here, for now*** I’ve gone a bit Geddy and passive too, and need to balance the books, so this beauty is up for sale. I bought it new from PMT about 18 months ago, and just after I bought it the price went up to about £2,400. It’s still there or thereabouts, if you can find one. They found it had some minor lacquer cracks on the back, near the battery cavity and lower horn, so knocked £200 off, and I’m happy to pass that on. They’re barely noticeable to the eye, are hard to photograph, but can be felt, and didn’t bother me in the slightest. Anyways, that’s the full disclosure bit done, so here’s the (cribbed) details: Amber stain gloss, quilt maple top with slice of walnut, rosewood board, 1.5” nut, MoP inlays, 3 piece maple neck, EMG active pickups, Tonepump preamp, gold hardware. It weighs in at just under 4kilos, has an uber skinny neck as per Mr Wimbish’s spec, and is a joy to play.....and look at. Too nice for the places I gig for sure, hence no gigs, even before Boris said “No gigs”. I can ship at your risk and expense, in a Hiscox hard case, but a socially distanced meet up and try out is feasible, when we’re permitted, or a half-way meet within reason too, again when permitted. ****May partial trade for a Mesa Subway head and/or Subway cabs**** Oh, my feedback is pretty darn good if you want to check.Time for the pretty pictures:
  14. Thought I’d try buying from Dave, rather than selling to him. Bought his Jap Geddy. Totally seamless transaction, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks Dave! Phil
  15. Happy to chip in, and echo the sentiment i.e. nothing but good experiences for me, when dealing with Bass Direct.
  16. Cheers @karlfer but one is already sorted....but still very tempted too! Someone else buy this soon - it’s gorgeous. 😎
  17. **Reduced to £1,400 and open to trades, especially for Mesa gear** Incoming, so...... Spector Euro LE4 1977 goes up for sale. American Walnut body, 3 piece maple thru neck, rosewood fingerboard, DiMarzio Model P pickup, and Spector Tonepump active circuit. Just under 4 kilos in weight, and strung with D’Addario Chrome flat strings. Check out the reviews - it’s a P bass on steroids! Never gigged, obviously, and in immaculate condition. List price is c. £2,450, on the web they range from £1700 to £2,300. Save £300 to £900 and buy mine - it’s as good as new. No trades, prefer socially distanced meet up within reasonable distance. Comes with Sandberg gig bag.
