  1. As per the title. Used but works fine, and in good condition, bar the odd scratch. Collection welcomed, or £5 extra for UK shipping.
  2. As per the title, really. Used but working fine, and in pretty good condition bar one or two marks on the front. Collection welcomed, or £5 extra for UK shipping.
  3. Cheers Karl - I hope things are picking up for you too. Saturday night TV is just pants.
  4. Thanks for the words - it is a great bass, only I’ve just splashed out on a Sadowsky (gulp), so I’ve got to let a few go to balance the books and this is sadly one of them.
  5. VGC, comes complete with Fender Quick locks, P/U covers and Fender gig bag. Just over the 4 kilo mark, in weight. Here’s the official blurb: The Fender FSR 60's Jazz Bass is a really cool, limited edition Jazz bass in a Walnut finish. The Ash body is bright, and always features an interesting woodgrain and the pickups and sounds you'll get from this bass are exactly what everyone loves about the Jazz bass. Punchy, but controlled sounds with the ability to control each pickup individually or blend the 2 together, allowing you to cut through the mix by only using the bridge pickup or fatten the low-end by running both at once. The Slim C neck is comfortable to play and features a round feeling 7.25" fretboard radius making it very easy to move around the neck. Japanese Build Quality The almost unthought about member of the Fender factories, Fender Japan release some amazing guitars that some even say are just as good if not better than their American counterparts. Made in small numbers purely for sale in Japan these guitars are rarely seen outside of their home country except in these small FSR runs. 6. I found this genuine Mesa cover during a garage tidy up session. The £5 is nominal; free if you can collect, or cover the postage if you can’t. Oh yeah, the details: , it’s black, in vgc, has the Mesa Boogie logo on it, and the handle hole is on the side, as per Walkabout extension cabs’ handles. Photos can be provided if necessary, but the words above are hopefully enough.
  7. Darn GAS - where are you based? (Hopefully a long way from me, then I have a reason to try and resist). Oh, and another free bump to you.
  8. Top of the ad, Alvechurch, near Worcester and Birmingham.
  9. Fender American Pro P bass, in vgc. with SD Quarter Pounder pickups (originals also included). Made in 2016, weighs 3.7 kilos, or 8.1 pounds, 3TSB, rosewood neck, you know the score. More details and pics to follow, but there’s this Jazz for sale, so....... Initial pic is of actual bass, from Reverb ad. I’ll take some inferior ones later. Prefer collection or half-way meet, within reason.
  10. Pure lust from me (and a free bump for you).
  11. Brand spanking almost new MXR Phase 90 pedal. Bought for one song two months ago, but we dropped the song before I used it. Minimal home use (twice?), then back in the box. Price includes UK p&p.
  12. Bought Duncan’s PJB BigHead - a pleasure to deal with, and I’m one happy bunny with the PJB. Phil
  13. I’ll be close to Oxford on Sunday afternoon if there’s anyone down that way that wants to try it out. PM me, and I’ll bring it with me.
  14. Thanks - it was cribbed from the Bass Direct ad that I used to buy it!!
  15. It was second hand when I bought it, so there were no options (other than buy it or don’t buy it). I believe it’s an ebony fingerboard as per the fretted Stealth spec in this link: https://www.music-man.com/instruments/basses/bongo-4 Does this help?
  16. Sorry, just spotted the neck question. Officially, it’s 34” long, radius of 11”, 44.5mm wide at the nut. Yup, a mix of imperial and metric - sorry. IMHO, it feels like a modern P bass neck i.e. slimmer than the old Ps, but not quite a Jazz. Again, my opinion. Hope this helps.
  17. Oops - 4.2 kilos. Advert updated accordingly.
  18. I’m sticking with my Jazz bass, so this has to go. It’s a 2009 Musicman Bongo Stealth 4H with rosewood fingerboard, in vgc, with original case. The case is in reasonable condition. I’ll let the pictures do most of the talking. Weight is 4.2 kilos. No trades, will ship at your risk/cost, but prefer collection from near J2, M42 i.e. Bromsgrove / Worcester area. Cone and try it out if you want.
