I just think its really nice of the man to make the effort to come on here,im sure he has better things to do. Has anyone mentioned Guys father Mike,he was a fantastic actor and a fantastic song writer aswell. He worked with my alter ego Peter Wyngarde in Jason King so this is a bit of a double whammy for me.

It all depends what you want to play most harp players have a few,ones with slidey bars are good for blues,i warn you it involves a lot of sucking giving you a very sore throat sometimes.

Im afraid bernards solo album is pretty bad but they did a soundtrack for a film called Soup for one. This is really good but cant find it anywhere had it on vinyl but long gone now,why by carly simon was on it.

The album cest chic has a track called savoir fayre which has some beautiful guitar work on it.

I still rate Bernard as the best just because he did what the bass was supposed to do. Pure groove,the dude must have had seriously strong fingers.

Stans the man if Jaco had been a bit more funk than fusion i think he would have robbed him though,always wondered why Jaco never got more funk into hs stuff that little beaver track he did was just so smooth.Never liked the chicken though decidely unfunkey i thought.
