1. Both Leverkusen and Bonn are about an hours drive, so that would be absolutely fine by me. Still, if you figure out a not too expensive parcel service, that would also be an option.
2. I live in the Ruhr Area, so near Düsseldorf or Cologne. The closest city is named Gelsenkirchen. You can of course investigate a parcel price, but I guess it will be very expensive sadly. I can only shelf out a good 500€ on this cab. Thanks for your efforts man.
3. Damn, that's exactly the cab I am looking for some time now. I live in Germany - any chance the cab can come over here somehow? The parcel services are expensive when it comes to heavier items.
4. every Bongo has this... the stealth finish is a bit like EBMMs nitro finish in that regard, but still I have yet to see any bongo that does not have that small mark of the tip of the head.
5. Just bought an amp from him (UK to Germany): Top guy, good communication and very dependable. He gave me timely status updates and confirmation for payment etc. Trade with confidence! Also, very nice packaging, and no delays on his side whatsoever. Thanks Nick!
6. you basically have two options with warwick atm: buy a germany made second hand, great value basses! I guess they will never be as cheap again as they are now. Or you buy a new german made... top notch quality, but also top end pricing. All that Rockbass asian made stuff just cannot hold up to the real thing. That being said, the low end basses by rockbass are actually quite nice - but still, you can get made in germany basses for just a few more bucks. Easy decision imo.
7. imo one of the best acoustic basses out there. The new ones are nothing like the original Aliens. Different woods also i think.
8. If the brown one somehow is available again, please give me a message.
9. Very nice MK1, good luck with the sale.
10. I had the P-Bass of that series, same color, built around 89, same headstock decal type. It was a fine P-Bass all around
11. Have just sold my Wal to Patrick in Belgium. He is a very kind guy, absolutely smooth and fast deal. Trustworthy basschatter. Thanks Patrick!
12. On Hold - waiting for payment.
13. Here is the updated link: http://kleinanzeigen...1006?ref=search GBP excluding transfer: 2700.
14. The Bass is up for sale again. If special pics are required just ask and i will try to deliver.
15. That Spector completely hit the nerve man. Thanks again for a top trade Lee.
16. Awesome guy to deal with. Packaging was top notch, communication and everything else as good as it can be, really. Constant updates galore, great, and very fast handling.
17. For me, the HH ist the best of the PU combinations. I played a HS for about two years and every time i picked up a HH at a store i whished mine was a HH too. The H is superb, too, but you will def miss the low and high mid control, they really are the heart of the Bongo. Great Bass btw! Mine was a stealth Bongo 4 HS and while looking completely badass the stealth finish is like nitro finish, it is easily chipped and worn off.
18. very very nice Wal, someone grab it!
19. is this a standard color? never seen a daphne HW1.
20. Matt Freeman Squier would be my first choice for a classic P-Bass. For not so classic: that new special PJ in seafoam metallic played and sounded awesome.
