  1. yeah, the metro express line. Sadowsky is clearly quality, but £725 price mark for a sadowsky ? ive no chance of a play on one anywhere, just wonder if anyone else has?
  2. I will apologise first if this has already been discussed . The Sadowsky metro basses. Are they too good to be true at that price ? And eh….that headstock ……. looks like a fisher price toy
  3. Source audio after shock one series pedal. Tube, heavy and fuzz switch for three options to shape your sound. Its in immaculate condition. The original packaging box is with it. Postage included in UK
  4. I’ve been wanting to try one of these for ages and now that I have scratched the itch it’s time to move it on. This is the 4th Dingwall I’ve had the pleasure of owning and it’s as good as the two ABZs and the ABii I owned previously. Really cool finish that looks a slightly different shade of blue depending on the light. I’ve tried to capture it as best i can in the pics. No issues or problems, just does what it says on the tin and comes with a rather tasty and plush Dingwall gig bag too. Excellent E string or tune it lower if you wish for serious havoc on a four string. Im not really wanting trades as I could do with the cash, but you never know - so just ask and the worst I can say is no thanks. Ive based the price on one that was for sale several months ago at £1100 but get in touch if you have a reason why I may be content with less. Postage included in UK.
  5. That’s a lovely finish on that.
  6. Ludwig Black Beauty 14x6.5” snare drum. Basically unplayed and in immaculate as new condition. Maybe you know a drummer who would want one a few hundred quid less than a new one? I can post in UK
  7. Just sold a bass to Pete. No issues, no fuss , just Basschat at its best. Thanks for the seamless transaction. would do business again.
  8. This is a real sweet bass. It poses a serious problem for me where want vs need are in conflict…😬
  9. 9.2 lbs is the weight - according to the internet. I don’t have scales I’m afraid.
  10. This is the Icarus , Nicko McBrain’s signature oak snare made by British Drum Company. This is an indulgence that I can’t justify keeping in the current climate and if there’s anyone who is a Nicko or Maiden fan, or if you know a drummer would like one of these a couple of hundred quid cheaper than a brand new one then here’s the chance. Its basically unplayed as I had the chance to get one of the very first ones after I’d bought a big BDC kit and I took it. I tend to lean towards my Ludwig snares and whilst I put an evans reverse dot head on it, I still have the original unplayed 14” BDC head that I can put back on it. Sounds incredible as you would expect. But as it turns out - it just needs a new home. I can post within UK, well wrapped and boxed.

  11. Aaargh i bought a P bass yesterday, and I would have taken this off your hands had I seen this 36hrs ago. 🥴
  12. This is my Yamaha BB735a, bought from bass direct around Christmas last year and played about half a dozen times at home - when I was taking these pics I realised I hadn’t taken the plastic controls sheet off it as it has sat for so long in the case now. Comes with a pretty neat Yamaha gig bag. No issues or drama, just a seriously good instrument which feels very like the BB1025x I once owned - real solid build quality. Im playing four string at the minute 99% of the time and I’m gassing for a Steve Harris sig or a USA fender P; so this is sitting idle.
  13. Maiden have a knack of delivering live that has recently seen a resurgence. Songs sound bigger and better live imho when compared to the studio - but thats ok. Live is the litmus paper. Studio only karaoke kings and queens are the festering boil on the derrière of boy and girlband music. Im ok with maiden, and i thought the drums sounded great now he is with BDC. Im a fan for almost 40 years and have loved all the albums except virtual xi. Each to their own i suppose
  14. Just done business with joe to sell him a pedal. No issues, fuss or faffin around. Basschat at its best. Would do business again.
  15. Barefaced one 10 cab, that would pass for brand new. Does the business without breaking a sweat at all and is the lightest loudest cab I’ve ever owned. My orange terror amp and 112 cab look and sound sweet together though and are more than enough so someone else might as well be enjoying this. Comes with the barefaced cover, and I can post within UK for an extra tenner towards the cost of postage.
  16. Cheess 👍🏻
  17. I changed my jazz to a fender high mass and i liked it. Was just wondering if it was a match?
  18. Oh man that is a bass ive wanted for ages but simply didnt have the munny. Enjoy. Love the colour.
  19. Does anyone know which bridge would be a direct replacement for the fixing hole spacing on one of these ? Four a four string. cheers
  20. Darkglass vintage microtubes pedal. If you’re looking at this you know all about them, and this has just sat on my pedalboard unused for too long as the harmonic booster I have does all I need at the minute. Velcro on it can be removed easily. I could post it, but only in UK please.
