    I have one just like this and it is amazing. Mine had a tonepump but now had a haz clone. Agree if this was 90’s it would probably have dots instead of crown inlays and perhaps an SSD logo on the headstock? i also believe this is an NS4-CRFM as opposed to a euro, the euro have the walnut sandwich wings where this is solid maple and much mor sought after as they sound much more like an NS2 sorry to be such an anorak, GLWTS 😄

    Mate rest easy. The 800 is a completely different beast. GK is renowned for being very reliable, but like equipment it can fail. I have also had issues with polar (the gk authorised repairer) and they are terrible. They are in stock in the USA, I have checked. It shouldn’t have taken anywhere near this long

    Hi all, I just thought i’d Chime in on this....Mr Sumorabbit has been kind enough to allow me to baby sit this lovely upright bass while he has been abroad. (What a bloody legend eh???) i have always wanted to try double bass, and have tried them a couple of times in music shops and really struggle to mange them physically and been put off. This is, even for a complete beginner upright player like me, a complete doodle to handle and sounds great!! If you are in the market for a bass like this, go for it!!!

    Hey guys, I thought I’d offer these up for anyone interested. I have used the rest of the sets on my 4 string basses as I bought a bunch of strings when I had my 5 string ‘Ray which is now gone. The slinky has been out of the plastic packet for a while, the cobalt was opened yesterday, but they are both new and unused. Free to good home, collect or you cover the postage which should only be a few quid.

    Schecter basses are great, as I have said in another for sale ad, about the only bass I really regret selling is my schecter diamond model T, they just can’t be found!! this is a steal by the way!! GLWTS 😄

    These are great pickups, but it does amaze me that Aguilar opted to not make them in the emg soapbar size!!! Good luck with the sale!
