1. Bought this from a fellow Basschatter about 2 years ago, as I wanted to try my Ampeg V4B through a 2X15 cab. It sounds immense. Sadly I don’t have a gig where I need it at the moment so I have to move it on. It looks to me to be either a one off or special order cab. All the writing has come off the backplate so its impossible to tell the model number. I have tested it and it is an 8ohm 2x15, so you can run it alongside another 8ohm cab for a ridiculous rig. I was also told when I bought it that it had the original Fane drivers in it – I have never taken the speakers out so I can’t be sure? In good, but gigged condition (a few scuffs in the tolex here and there.) It also comes with all the port surrounds and plugs, but they are not shown in the pictures. It does have casters too, so it’s not that hard to shift on gigs. Far too big to post, so its collection only from Enfield, N. London. 2. Bought a Mono strap from Iain. really easy purchase, great comms and arrived quickly. Highly recommended.
3.
Hi NoirBass, The F1 is only 1U high, so my guess is the fan will be only 40x40mm. This one fits the littlemark ll/lll and the littlemark combo's so I'm afraid this will be a little too big. Sorry
No Problem, thanks for the reply. GLWTS!
4. Yeah, I've got these in my P and the are awesome. I'm seriously tempted to buy these just to have a spare set for my next P. GTWTS

As above, the graphic from discreet is for the MS-60B. The B3 will only scroll through one at a time.
6. Hello people, where are you getting strings for your VI from? Sorry if this is a repeated question.
7. Bought a Yamaha NE-1 preamp from Sam. Really easy purchase, excellent coms throughout. Would happily deal with again. Welcome to the feedback thread!
8. +1 My '97 CS relic '64 Jazz has a cert, and is stamped on the back of the headstock as you describe.
9. Flippin' ek! page 9!!!!! Bought a G & G case from Nick, I just managed to catch him before he took the dog for a walk. As if he needs any further feedback - it was an easy deal and I would happily deal with him again. Edit for typo!
10. Just received a full set of Bassist mags and have begun reliving my early 20's. Steve was a pleasure to deal with throughout, I would happily buy from him again.

12. Bit of a longshot; After a quick chat with Howard it seems we need a template, So do any of you lovely people on Basschat have an original Tele bass (68 / 69) scratch plate they could trace?
13.
What colour is your bass? Ive got a nitro plate that has turned slightly creamy - might be suitable for you? EDIT - actually, I've just looked, the 69 has a different screwhole layout from my mid 50s style. Sorry bud.
Thanks anyway
14. Brilliant, thanks for the info. I'm off to PM the Doc!
15. I am the lucky owner of an old '69 Telecaster bass. When it came to me it hadn't got the original scratch plate. What I'd like is to source a replica, problem being I don't have the original. Can anyone recommend someone who could do it and would I need to find someone who has an original to trace?
16. Fate brought us both to Guildford where I picked up a Squier Bass VI from Steve. Had a nice chat and was an easy deal. Great instrument too, I shall enjoy this. Cheers
