    However I CAN reproduce the problem in the 'precisions' thread in the 'gear porn' forum. I quoted a message with attachments and mistakenly removed the closing quote tag. I got an error message, put the closing quote tag back and hit submit. The post got added to the thread, but all I saw on my screen was a 405 message.

    I made the post many many times unfortunately ... what happened ( discovered later ) was that my post was successful but the 405 happened after the post. I went back and deleted 8/10 duplicate posts.

    Put these on my Eclipse in about 2004 - 2006 ... they've been on various basses since and have matured into being my favourite set of strings, to the point where no bass sounds right until it's strung with this set. I need another set and can't figure out the brand of these. I suspect they may be status flats. Can anyone tell me for sure ? I think I've ruled out LaBellas and Rotosounds, but I could be wrong because that's based on seeing and hearing current strings from these manufacturers ... for all I know they've changed over the years. Thanks ...
