Sandberg onboard preamp £50 posted in UK Now sold Four-knob, two-band preamp from a Sandberg TT5: volume (pull up to switch to passive mode) blend with centre detent bass treble, or tone (in passive mode) To wire it up (numbers refer to photo): 1. signal (to output jack) 2. ground 3. 9V battery There are three connections on the circuit board to connect your pickups to: connect your first pickup to top, shield/ground to the middle, second pickup to bottom. In this photo, the grey wire was my neck pickup and the black one was the bridge.

Aguilar AG 5P-60CL pickup for 5-string precision bass. £105 posted in the UK.
