4.
Quite expensive enough for my tastes, mate. All you need now is a nice Status to go with that pair
OTPJ you are right, I need something Status, what do you have in mind?

 7.
Have you checked in the case recently...? So what's that pic then? Your GB and your "beater" bass for the dangerous gigs??
Exactly! An Rv4 with a few dinks, to take to the less desirable gigs we've all been to, but still has a little kudos! bugger I went and checked in the case aswell, spooky! alls well!
 8. Me trying to look cool infront of what can only be described as a wardrobe!
 9.
Yes I think you are right - it seems to be whatever Bernie builds goes to Staffordshire (eventually) apart from mine of course!
There's still one in Suffolk! Don,t know of any others close by, mind we are a bit slow around here, but thats how we like it.

 11.
Quite expensive enough for my tastes, mate. All you need now is a nice Status to go with that pair
No Graphite in this stable tho I do have a Status Graphite T Shirt, and once owned a KingBass 5, whatever happened to the proposed GB T's
 12. Well expensive in my book!........ You alll know what they are, but pictured together at last, Ahhh.........
 13. OTPJ you need a sit down! this is like me parting with my Spitfire!
 14.
Well I'm in. So far Well Impressed! First lightweight that has really satisfied me tone wise and sounds like a bigger, heavier amp! Sounds great through the Epi and the BagEnd115/AggieDB112. Great deal and service through BassMerchant. Some Pics..........
Has Darren at BM got Tec stuff in now then?
 15. I had a PJ Sadowsky mongrel, and I agree with Beedster, they are wonderful basses and do the P & J thing superbly, Ive recently aquired an RV4, and being more of a Jazz man, this is even better, compared to my GB its nearly as lively, but its "Just there" if u know what I mean, great range of tones, and as thick as I like, dont get me wrong I love the GB and would be loathed to part with her, but shes in the case atm! Only thing with the Saddy that ive taken a while to get used to is the very flat profile fingureboard, it might be just me but the GB has a more rounded profile. The RV has a few dings and is from 2002 so will do all the pub and shabby gigs IUKWIM and the GB for the weddings!.
 16.
Btw, lovely looking Sadowsky, Andy!
mmm it has taken over from my GB atm! sorry ebs etc etc.....and Im getting the vibe that white basses have the best stage presence.
 17. Heres a few to start you off.......
 18. Newly aquired RV4 more of a Creamy White really....
 19. Sorry guys been away for four days and got lots of PMs about this ill do em in chronological order, but yep its still for sale dependant on me getting a replacement cab at 8ohms with some 10s in it so if u have trades.
 20.
My new Rumour is a long way off yet! But yeah, you'll know in time! Not really experimented much with string. I find that the eq helps keep that new string sound for longer. I'm not heavy on strings though. I play with a nancy boy touch and it would appear I don't sweat...!
Who is that in ur avatar btw? just out of pure male curiosity of course!
 21. I'M 50........... I know i dont look it!
 22. Shes just fabulous as ever, and seems to sound better than i remember after playing a new purchase! settle on Elixie strings, they seem to be the only ones that stay fresh past a month or so of playing. Yep, had a brief dabble with 5's but 4's is what its about really, stay pure. Oh yep keep us up to date with all at hq and ur ne rumour.
 23. Indeed, nearly spot on.
