  1. V-moda make seriously good earphones. I've been using the same set of V-moda crossfades for 10 years and they're brilliant!
  2. Give it time...
  3. Been following on Instagram for a while. They look like a Blast Cult and a Dunable had a baby... Unfortunately he seems to do any demos through a guitar amp. I'd like to REALLY hear what one sounds like. Some look very interesting, but some look hideous...
  4. This one has passed me by... Looks like it could do the same as my beloved Ashdown J-Lo Hyperdrive, and more, but no better on the pedalboard real-estate front.
  5. That sounds lush! What's the track? Could listen to more of that...
  6. The pumpernickel is a really good pedal, but a pretty fiddly build. Definitely not for beginners! Especially if you can't get a pre-drilled enclosure...
  7. Say it ain't so Dan!
  8. ...and me only 15 miles away on my holibobs... Pity I couldn't secrete it about the car for the journey home... Edit: drove right past Bingley this morning on the way to the National Coal Mining Museum too...
  9. Looks like a fixed cab sim on this so could very well be all analogue.
  10. You're not alone - exactly the same story here!

Have you tried the sushi box forum on PedalPCB.com? https://forum.pedalpcb.com/forums/sushiboxfx/
  12. Exactly what I expected with the Wizard fuzz in there! I'll have to get a listen later - mobile phone speaker would do it no justice!
  13. Always curious when I see a board like this. What kind of music do you play with this?
  14. If postage was an option I'd be having this...
  15. I'd go Origin Bassrig '64 given your tonal requirements... I'm confused about your worry about a dark DI and wanting to sound like Pino does with D' Angelo though. Surely a 60's P with very well used flats doesn't have much high end going on anyway!
  16. Yeah... that did it for me. Great sounding little bass that....
  17. @BassAgent @asingardenof Has anybody on the FB group asked if they plan to do a Metro Express M24-5? Enquiring minds...
  18. I built a clone of the ThorpyFX Fat General (PedalPCB General Tso). It's the best compressor I've ever used. Replaced the Cali76 Compact Bass on my board. Worth a look.
  19. I'd be on that...
  20. As pointy headstock types go, that's bloody GORGEOUS!
  21. Can anyone suggest somewhere I could pick up a P-bass pickguard, but with a reverse P pickup route?
  22. BassTheWorld?
  23. Same reason I'm keeping the Darkglass Element on my board! I could use a small Behringer mixer I have I suppose, but the Element is less hassle.
  24. Following as I've just had one arrive today too (think I just missed the one you have!). My plan is last in line... technically last but one with my Darkglass Element as a cab sim and headphone amp after, but using the DI from the Super Vintage. Tuner, compressor and a drive (or 2) up front.
