3. Understood matey, ignore evilbay except in dire emergency, tread the 'for sale' boards on here with your eyes open and there are bargains aplenty! Alternatively the genz stuff is well worth investigating and there are killer deals on it at the mo
 4. Why does it have to be shop new and not just 'new to you'? You get way more bang for your buck with s/h!?
 5. I love my m82, it's my favourite envelope filter!
 6. Ian bought my Fender 50's p-bass, I'm very surprised I couldn't find a feedback thread for him as he was first class throughout! Payment exactly on time, great comms, excellent bc'er and gentleman. Thanks matey

 9. Now that's a fast turn-a-round matey! Sad it wasn't what you're after but glad you've worked out what you're after now The condition of the pedal is better than is being stated here, it's basically 'as new' barring the obvious velcro addition

 12.
Sorry to be pedantic but doesn't it also depend largely on the quality of the player - I remember someone on here saying they'd seen one of the top pros play someone's starter level bass and made it sound good. OP that's a great looking bass - nice score.

well yes. You won't find me disagreeing with that!
Now it's been cleaned, restrung, set up, action and intonation corrected and made playable it is a really nice bass, lots of fun to play and definately one of 'the good ones' rather than the awful fender qc dogs we hear about! My fingers can get all of the great jazz-bass tones out of it and I'm happier with it than any other jazz bass I've ever had (I did NOT expect to be saying that either!!)!
 13.
No sadly even if you have registered you still can't answer....
Answers are by pm nowadays this reduces the audience for the cheeky adverts?

 17.
Hi Andy, I'm in North West London. I've checked a few courier services, the lowest is about £20 although that had some seriously suspect reviews, otherwise it seems to be around £60. That being said I've never sent an amp before so I could be looking in the wrong places (any suggestions ) and I definitely wouldn't just slap the courier cost on top of the amp price we could definitely come to some sort of deal, cheers.
I get quotes from interparcel as they're pretty cheap and haven't failed me (yet)
