I plug the bass into an EMO D.I. box, Then into a MOTU 8Pre AtoD converter and finally EQ/Compress-Limit/Whatever in Logic. If it's a more involved recording then a mic on the bass cab aswell. Hope that helps. Cheers, Jon

It'd a funny old game the custom made thing. I've had 2 now, by different luthiers, and there's always something not quite how you wanted it. As mentioned before do be sure about every small detail as things can turn out very differently to what you expected. Good luck! Jon

Hello PauBass, The Line6 website says they operate at 2.4 GHz which is license exempt so just be mindful that the 2.4GHz frequency range is also used by bluetooth devices, amongst a whole host of other devices, so there is a lot of potential for interference and problems with the equipment. I think the moral is - When using wireless gear keep an istrument cable or 2 in your gig bag just incase!
