    First band I ever saw live. Lizzy with the Gorham/Robertson axis. Colston Hall I think in '77. Astonishing and absolutely life changing for me. Followed not long after by Motorhead.

    I did three gigs with my sunburst HB JP450 yesterday, and it received a lot of compliments for it's look and sound. I have to say it was extremely easy on the shoulder after more than five hours of gigging and I had no problem getting a good sound at wildly differing venues.

    Gig number two was a success. Afternoon Sunday gigs can be a bit slow but these guys were up for it. Set up ready for number three now back in the centre of Bristol. My feet hurt.

    First of 3 today done. One hour set at a St Patrick's day thing in Bristol. Travelling light today because of all the travel.

    Mine just arrived and it definitely is not going back. A lovely wet, splashy envelope. The down stroke is the best I've heard. Looks great, sounds great 👍

    Just finished a run of five gigs on the bounce. Given my diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome a few years back I've had to manage my rest carefully this week but I managed it, and thoroughly enjoyed them all.
