Surf Green is, IMO, the best of the 50's and 60's Fender colours. I'd love to make a Jazz in Surf Green with no pickguard, just a '62 control plate.

A quick Google suggests they were beginning to go by '79, and were pretty much phased out by '82 or '83.

Hi all, I thought I'd write a quick note about Couch Guitar Straps over in good ol' California. I was looking for a new strap and came across these, and liked their designs and the fact they recycle and use a lot of NOS stuff. They're also vegan which may be of importance to some. I received the strap this week and it's great quality, a little pricey at £27 including shipping, but it feels great and looks quality too.
