They use DHL, Home Delivery Network, etc. (I usually opt for DHL) and the price includes collection and delivery. 9 times out of 10 it all happens in 24 hrs, regardless of choosing 48 hr or 2-3 day service - they are excellent.
You can send pretty large things and up to 25kg I think. The only thing that can drive the price up is if you need insurance on a valuable item.
Anyway, worth a look. I use it all the time to save money buying things from eBay. Seller says £12, I say I'll arrange my own courier thanks - £4.95
