Iron Ether Subterranea

I can't remember having this much GAS over something i have never played with nor even heard samples of. I really hope he has got this right.
2.
I repaired a green Russian Muff for a friend which had more than one bad solder joint, so it's definitely a weak spot on these. Actually I was surprised how shonky the insides looked for something which is considered such a holy grail of fuzz! It did sound good though...
If you remember how cheap these were when they were sold new, you probably wouldn't be surprised at all!
3. Bump
4. I went for a Gigrig system, just seems to be the most powerful and flexible system out there
5. Just when i though i had bought all the Iron Ether pedals i could want... http://ironether.com/pedals/subterranea/ This things sounds fantastic and nothing like anything else out there at the moment, fairly typical design from Taylor then! No sound samples yet, other than the sound sample on the Xerograph Deluxe page which clearly involves this. Want.
6. I usually have at least some dirt on, the Pwnzor really fattens things out, just struggling to figure out whether I like it near the beginning or end of he chain.
7. Withdrawn for now, I don't think I'm quite ready to let this go!
8. I'm happy with my gigrig setup, generator has 5000ma to play with, and you can buy all sorts of modular add-ons to accommodate any DC pedal. Voodoo labs would be another option, possibly more suited to a smaller setup.
9. Up for sale I have my 3Leaf Wonderlove pedal. In excellent condition with a couple of marks on one side and Velcro on bottom,, bought new from bass direct for £215 earlier this year, in the now discontinued purple etched finish, stunning pedal! Just find myself preferring my Xerograph and can't justify having 2 filters, much as I would like to! Very customisable filter with loads if options, basically an upgraded groove regulator. £Sold shipped in the UK, no offers please
10. If a bit if warmth is all you need, have a look at the Phat Phuk B
11. We are victims!
12. Ah, fair enough I may have ordered a vintage following that post anyway...
13. Can I be the second to know? A Vintage is really tempting me!
14. I thought Diago was George L rebranded...
15. Thanks guys. The Phat phuk is great, I leave it on, drives all the pedals really well, even the OC-2 sounds fatter and seems to track better with it on before it, great stuff

Wonderlove (Phat Phuk > OC-2 > Oxide) > Xerograph (controlled by EP-2) > Polytope > Nimbus > B7K Loving it, and should be adding a Microtubes vintage in the near future!
17. Some quality stuff there mate, have you considered upgrading your patch leads? You will be surprised at the difference some quality cables can make to your tone!
18. Flurry of interest but still very much available. This is brand new bar a little velcro so i don't think i will be knocking any more off the new price

20. Up for sale i have this ace little compressor from 3 Leaf, the Pwnzor. Bought brand new from Bass Direct earlier this month and, whilst it's brilliant, i have decided i just don't need a compressor! Great sound, really good for fattening up your tone and evening out your playing, controls are very good and give a good range. Vintage switch gives the option of a more modern compressed sound or a vintage smooth tone. Believe it was designed for bass and works great. With the input knob rolled all the way down, works great as a clean boost too, lots of gain on tap! Brand new for £185 earlier this mAmonth (can include receipt if you want it), will sell for [s]£165[/s] £150 shipped. I believe this pedal is now discontinued and Spencer hasn't indicated he has any plans for introducing a compressor again. As new condition with box, instructions and bag as per usual. Will upload a pic later Cheers!

Which autowah?

The 3leaf Wonderlove will be right up your street, a second hand GR2 would be cheaper but the wonderlove has the same sounds plus a bunch of extra features, tis 3leafs flagship filter. Never had a go on a Protob, imagine its pretty cool!
22. Cheap that's why!
23. Yep that first one would certainly not improve matters!!
24.
Hi guys, New member here, some may recognize my alias from that other discussion group, thought it might be nice to join in here as well as it looks like the discussions, gear choices and time zones are not quite the same between the two communities. As I'm of the gearhead persuasion what's more suitable than to start by posting some pedalboard pictures. Just finished a lot of replacing and reconfiguring, going for as compact a pedalboard as I can, limited by the size of my DIY case and dual tier board. Multidrive -> Euphoria -> micro Thumpinator (between tiers) -> Octaver -> Wonderlove -> Compressor -> Grand Orbiter -> Darkglass Vintage -> Chorus -> Flashback -> Polytune -> ParaEq Disclaimer: No playing skills were created during the construction of this board.
Very nice! Nice to see another Wonderlove user
25. Tried the Phat Phuk before the Octaver? I find it improves the tracking on my OC-2
