    This is a nice example of a Korean built Squier Jazz from the 90s it was probably built in the Samick factory as it has an 'S' prefix serial number and the slightly smaller metal control plate. Its in very good condition with a few minor dings here and there and the usual small laquer cracks near the cutaways at the neck but these are cosmetic. It has faded and where stickers have been removed there are slightly darker areas again cosmetic. Frets are good and it sounds like a Jazz bass, easy action and balance currently strung with new flats. I bought this recently as a stand in whilst my Fender was being set up but its never been used and surplus to requirements. 150 GBP posted - in UK only or 135 picked up. iPhone pics I'm afraid but they give the right idea.....     Hi I have owned my TE AH130 for years and it was my main amp in the studio until just over a year ago when it developed a massive buzz/hum noise. I took it in for repair at my local music shop anyway after nearly a year I picked it up today and paid 144 quid for the work, got home plugged it in and ...... it's still buzzing! In all fairness to the shop they send gear out for repairs so not an issue with them but has anybody out there had similar problems with Trace Gear of this era (its tolex covered so GP7SM series)? The buzz is so intrusive its like having a giant fridge being amplified by a PA and yes I have tried other leads, cabs, outlets, I A-B tested it with my very ancient Carlsbro amp and my Markbass and they had none of this. I have emailed the shop but wondered if anyone knew of a solution? So far this has been a very expensive waste of time! Cheers

    Its one of my lovely old Gibson Grabbers, this one is a 70s one with maple neck. The scratchplate has been replaced as the original was warped although I have kept the slider assembly. The bass was refinished black rather roughly but looks fine given the bass is well gigged! There are dings a plenty but no cracks or anything nasty and the truss rod is fine.     The neck is just gorgeous on this one and the sunburst finish gives it real class, unfortunately its not being played due to my ongoing obsession with my old faithful 70s Precision, this must go soon or I fear an ebay moment.......

The bridge is the original 50s/60s type with knurled saddles and flat head screw height adjusters so no - not a quick release type this is all as it should be for the era with the exception of the Jazz pickup. I will try and swap for a better picture!
