Traded Comfort Strapps with Pete, nice guy and no problems whatsoever, cheers!
7. I bought this a few weeks ago on here because I needed a second good strap. Having bought this one it I discovered that the strap that I already have, that was sold to me as 'short', obviously wasn't as this one is much shorter - having now measured them I know what I'm looking for! I'm looking to get one of the 'long' comfort strapps (38"-45"). If someone has one they'd like to trade then great. Otherwise £22 posted, it's in near-perfect condition. Cheers Dan
8. and replied, still here
9. still available?
10. Up here, probably for trade but may consider a sale too is my beautiful Lakland Skyline 55-AJ. I bought it about a year ago from a guy who used it as a display in, what I can only presume was, his very large house. Since then it has done 2 nights of a musical and one jam night (where I was very much complimented for its sound and almost convinced into keeping it). There is one tiny scratch on the back pictured next to a plectrum. Otherwise it's pretty much perfect. Made in 2011, weighs just over 4kg, controls are master vol, pickup pan, mids, treble/bass stack. Let me know it you want to know anymore. Would prefer pick up from south bucks or meet for a trade. Salewise I would be looking for around £800 as it is nearly new but would prefer a trade. Trades I'm looking for: -Must have 5 strings -Probably a jazz bass type -Possibly just passive -I do like active/passive switchable -Not too heavy -Looking for something similar value but there is a possibility of cash either way But PM me with offers, I can only say no! 11. does this have a passive mode? looks lovely!
12. Bump for a buyer no longer replying!
13. I'll be honest, I didn't want a tilt stand until I discovered I could have one for free...
14. I hope this is the right section to put this in, was torn between 'Amps and Cabs' and 'Accessories'! Thought I'd just share this with everyone, it's a little discovery I made. Long story short, I ordered a laptop DJ stand, and when it arrived one of the bits that holds the laptop was kinked, when I emailed them about it I was sent a new one for free (great service!). I was then left with this useless but mostly very sturdy laptop stand. I found that if I removed the bits that hold a laptop it works perfectly as a tilt stand for my LMK III - which is really useful when you only use a 1x12 cab. The level of tilt is also adjustable! Here's the link to the stand And here is a picture for proof! It fits so perfectly it's unreal!
15. Bought Tom's Comfort Strapp, absolutely no problems and very helpful. Thanks a lot Dan
16. Selling my MIDI cable that I had made by Pete at CustomLeadz (Surebuyz) to replace the flimsy thing that comes with an RC4. I get all my leads there now, great service and quality but I have no use for this as I sold my TC rig a while back. Van Damme Cable and Neutrik connectors, and a healthy 4 metres or so long. Only used to check it works (it does) - it cost me over £30 a couple of months ago. So selling for £16 posted. Can provide pictures on request. Cheers
17. I'll take it if he doesn't!!
18. Oh and did I mention, definitely a bit of a one-trick pony, but it's a good trick! I think I would always go for 2 1x12s though, so you can get them up higher. But if that's not an issue their cabs are great value, especially used.
19. I had one for a couple of years, and it was great. I had the Iso 2x10 and it sounded amazing, have also played the same amp with 2x12s and didn't notice a huge difference. Always found it very reliable and had a lot of people snigger when I walked in with it until they heard how huge it could sound.
20. what's still left?
21. guess the groove regulator went?
22. On hold at the moment, will keep you updated. Thanks
