Thanks guys, as stated above I hold no affiliation to this actual pedal. In fact I can't see me ever selling my one as they really are great pedals (for bass - totally useless for guitar). As for getting involved in peoples overpriced items, the intention (as OldGit has already stated) is with the best will in the world but sadly a lot of the time the advice will fall upon deaf ears (case in point I feel) so each instance should be to be gauged upon it's merit and the likelihood of said seller taking the advice. Granted there's one born every minute who will buy gear at inflated prices (probably the hope of the sellers in the 4 links given above) but I believe that BassChat is not the place for these attempts at marking up gear for a profit. Most of us recognise that although an item might be almost new it's value has depreciated the second you take it out of the shop but some guys can't let go and want back what they paid - sometimes it's a genuine mistake. jjl5590 : I honestly wish you all the best with your sale but I feel that a lower staring price and a rethink of the description will help shift it for you. Also to counter your argument with the links above, it's not hard to find brand new 105Q's for sale at less than your BIN (even your new lower one) so going out and finding the most expensive ones possible proves nothing. All the best mate.

To be fair I think mine was a bit of a bargain but 120 & (the mythical) 160 is just TTP.

I saw the crybaby and felt torn about saying something and decided to button it. I bought mine last year for £45 posted. It's funny what passes for "great condition" on ebay too, although he has pointed out where "the paint has come off a bit". A bit?

Curry sounds good. We'll be coming down this way. I can offer a lift for someone plus bass anywhere along the blue line.
m old drummer insisted that you couldnt go from 4/4 to 3/4 in the same song.
Yeah, my plodder was pretty much the same until I wrote a song that does 3/4 4/4 5/4. It's been his favourite ever since.

Out of my 4 bands we have 2 drummers. One is simply awesome with what he can do and the other is a straight unadventurous plodder. The fancy-pants drummer plays fast all the time especially at gigs and because he's in a world of his own most of the time can't jam. Once at a gig 2 or 3 songs in I tried to indicate to him that we were playing too fast he just shouted "Huzzah" at me and played the rest of the gig even faster. He claims that he has no volume knob and so plays too loud all of the time - which is excruciating in small rehearsal spaces and tricky to set up against in smaller venues. He is the only drummer I have ever played with that I don't listen to or have any chemistry with because he doesn't know how to co-operate musically. The plodding drummer plays in time all the time (and at varying volumes) His natural style very plain and limited but he's always open to ideas about what beats and fills to use when we are writing music - he's cool to jam with too because he can read the vibe and go with it. Recently we've been jamming at home a lot and he's a whizz at playing in real time on my Zoom MRT-3B. Despite our original music having some tricky timings which need a lot of work for him to lock into I'd take the steady co-operative plodder over the unpredictable selfish fancy-pants any day of the week.

Ah that old Chestnut. I Ceder what Yew did there. Elm so glad Fir Yew.

Additional - mind you he also says "it really improved my tone" which indicates that he doesn't know what the feck he's talking about. GreeneKing has a point - it wouldn't be very hard to wriggle out of that one. Walk away if it starts getting ugly and leave him a neutral saying the listing was slightly misleading (it might teach him not to be so devious in future).

Well it definitely says "included external power supply" Given the number of effects he has sold, he should know better. How long has he been lugging your attempts to contact him? Have you mentioned that an unresolved result might end in a negative feedback situation (he might want to protect his 100%)? You got it for a good price so if you cut and ran it would be no biggy really.
.... my price is the same as his making his a better deal with the footswitch and all. I will reduce it once his has sold.
Why not just put it up for your end price now, maybe some folk wouldn't need the extra footswitch. I have a FS for my Digitech Jamman but sometimes I wonder if it's functions were worth the extra I paid for it.

Do you think it has a growly sound or is it all bark.

Bit of an odd-bod -> linky Shame the P&P will probably keep it Stateside. If it were mine (and I wish it were) I'd strip it back though..... even those lovely musical notes on the headstock. Obviously the Selects would have to go.

Nope I still like it. It really inspires me. I think I'll make one. I don't have access to alu casting but I could do a prototype from all wood.
