1. Result. Now take your Allen keys and bury them in the garden.
 2.
How come he is giving you 400 euros when you paid 250?
I think the 400 is his total budget once he gets the 250 back ie. he has an extra 150 to add to it since buying it. It seems you can hold down a full-time job at 13 too in Portugal.
 3.
I'm not a betting man but I bet at least two of these wind up in the for sale section by Xmas! ...
I've earmarked a couple of these for an ultra smug "oh yeah?" later on.
 4. Check to see if there any unique grain marks etc. in pictures that you have of it concur with those he'd sent you? Once you clear up with certainty that it's a scam (or not) the better you with be able to cope with the proceedings. Don't let him know he's been rumble just converse with ebay and stand your ground about getting sent back to you.
 5. Doesn't really need mentioning (but I will) that Eude is a all round top bloke who keeps his basses in day 1 condish. He ain't a slouchy player either it has to be said. I think I'm right in saying too that this bass is featured on Jon Shuker's site.
 6. Have you seen any pics yet?
 7. I'd go with the full value just now. If you get it back and get an estimate for the repair then you can decide whether to contact them about it then.
 8.
...and it was billy stampers.
Did she have a twin?
 9.
Guys, firstly thanks for the help. I'm a bit panicked at the moment so cheers, I knew I could count on some good advice! OU7shined, I havent contact the courier yet but i'm sure they will do everything in their effort not to pay. I just want to make sure that I am covered and that both me (as seller) and buyer are within our rights.
They may grumble a bit to start with but if your buyer explains how the driver asked for the signature then drove off before he got a chance to open the acres of wrapping....
 10. Sounds like the courier is trying to wriggle their way out of it... fairly standard procedure. This is why I take pics of the wrapping process and the finished package whenever I send a bass.
 11. Give Bassassin a PM. He might have one in his spares box.
 12.
I think you've gone about it in exactly the right way. I don't think your buyer could expect you to be any more diligent than you have been
+1 just keep a cool head and stay in control ie don't let him start dictating terms.
 13.
Anything decent from 81?!
Has to be...

 16.
If only it had been a 63
It could be arranged.
 17.
This has got to be 100% original and vintage and I should know as I'm an exerpt on vintage Finder bases. I actually met the legendery Lionel Colin Fender in 2003 and can verify that he told me himself that every bass he made was just as this happens so she must be correct. I am Morethan Semen..........thank you for listening.
Do you work for Norfolk Vintage Guitar on Bridewell Alley?

 19.
What basses were on the scene in 1946?
20.
Love the very even wear (pretty much every note on the board) from fretting , even though the frets themselves look quite good . Karl.
And judging by the bigger gap running down the centre of the fretboard no doubt played by a Vulcan.
 21.
...And then you woke up
Many a true word is spoken in jest.
 22. €250! I was feeling all bummed for you coz I thought you paid a real Ric price for it. I'd imagine that your mate knows it's not real too if that's all he asked for it.
 23. I'm looking at pics of Ric scratch plates online and I can't find any where the screw holes almost fall off the side like that... yet. (I'm no expert either)
