1. Oh do carry on with the show. I'd hate to derail the excellent and concise points you were making regarding Tal's playing.
2. I'm not suprised you don't understand, to be honest.

No bloody wonder some of the female posters left this forum for dust" - Wil Or maybe they got bored of all the middle-of-the-road, overly-sensitive "right on" crap that some people post?
You are an attention seeker, you seek to provoke argument. I'm not going to argue with you, but my opinion is as I stated. I'm a bloke, but frankly this "LADZ ON TOUR!!!1" bullshit makes me sick. It needs stamping out.
4. I'm sure I saw a bit of video of John playing his Status B2 at some point (the reshaped, less "out there" buzzard bass), but I'm buggered if I can find it. Anyone else see it?

6. Where's the "bangs head on desk" smilie when you need it?
7. Great player - a fact often dismissed due to "pah, she's only successful because she's an attractive young woman" jealous male syndrome...

SOLD!!

One £5 note, coming up!
9. Wil

SOLD!!

That's a lovely bass. Its a shame I don't have anything to equal it for a trade
10. Some new pics. There is a spot of slight buckle rash, and as mentioned a few marks on the neck that don't affect playability, but are there!
11.
Ah-so you bought this from Mike/EvilGreco I bought a Warlock from him for the neck and bridge, unfotunately he's too darn picky and there was F*** all wrong with the bass once it arrived so I couldn't split it to resurrect my Ironbird Your new Mock will have the 100 piece neck, just like my Warlock,SUPER stable necks mate, congrats
Yeah, seems like a top bloke to deal with. Looking forward to getting my mitts on it!
12. This one is on its way from the USA. It should be shipped out Monday, it'll arrive who knows when? I missed the mockingbird I recently sold, so went for another late 80's example with a simpler control layout:
13. Right, as I'm due to be getting a new mockingbird soon (whooo!) the Jazz is up for sale. I'll take £500 for it, plus shipping within the UK.
14. He's an approved builder, so should be able to knock some up for you. Not sure how busy he is, or what his email is, but he's contactable on finnbass regularly. Great review TheRev - I do find these designs very interesting, its nice to hear about them being used in the real world. Of particular interest is how the sound is consistant around the room - probably my biggest gripe about regular cabs.
15. That's one word for it
16.
ACTUALLY HE OFFERED IT TO ME FOR 700 DOLLARS SHIPPED BEFORE THE AUCTION. I'll as him if its still available at that price for you if you want.
Yeah, definately. Through ebay or off the record, like?
17. Oh, that's always a temptation too!
18. There's a nice white mock on us ebay with the hundred piece neck, and a PJ config. I'm tempted, I'd definately prefer that simpler electronics layout to the one on the white mock that's done the rounds (although the switches looked damn cool)... shipping is steep though! 19. No ta! I can live with mocks and eagles, but anything else is too much Even mocks cut it fine, though...
20. Tarnation!
21. Bit too pink for me mate Nice bass all the same, besides the colour
22. Sorry, not my cup of char unfortunately. I'm really gassin for a Yammy SBV-800MF at the moment... long shot eh?
23. Why not let Muya sell in peace? If you're not interested in buying his bass, don't, simple as! He has the right to sell his bass at any price he wants - if you don't want to pay what he is asking, haggle with him via pm, but jumping into into his for sale thread and bringing it off tangent like this is downright rude, IMO. Basschat is a discussion forum, yes, but this is the "for sale" section! It's for selling! At the end of the day, a bass is worth what you are willing to pay for it. If you're not willing to pay the asking price, move on for god's sake.
24. I never really use this bass, as Jazz pickups are a bit polite for my taste and prefer a slightly chunkier neck. Its a lovely bass, I've fitted it with a hipshot D tuner and still have the original. Besides that its as I got it - there are a few marks on the neck which dont affect playability. No S1 switch, its just the usual passive Fender gubbins. It previously belonged to Bassjamm, see the original for sale thread for his pics here: http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...&hl=99+jazz I'll try and get some new pics up soon. As I've just picked up another BC Rich Mockingbird bass from the US, its now for sale rather than trade. £500 + postage, within the UK. Comes with a battered hard case, missing a latch and covered in stickers it does the job though!
25. Seafoam (well, surf) green with a white pearl pickguard, I reckon.
