1. A couple of weeks ago I spent the night surfing late, whilst pissed. Two days later this turned up. Just what I needed - another bass! So continuing my single handed attempt at reviving the economy by injecting my own cash , now up for sale - brand new 10/10 condition comes with gig bag I still have reciept - it is one of these - I can take pics of the actual bass if really necessary but this is what it is - no trades - it is actually a very nice bass but I have quite a few already £200 will include delivery - can be viewed or collected any queries pm cheers
 2. Bump - Any offers? All considered - plus now on Ebay Cheers
 3.
I have to extend special thanks to Terry (Loudandclear), who inadvertently clinched the deal for me when, during a discusion about a possible deal for his Celinder Precision, he said (and I hope you don't mind being quoted Terry) "If I had a gig tomorrow there is only one bass i would go with and that is my sadowsky metro hybrid (PJ with jazz neck) - not necessarily a traditional p sound but many p characteristics and sounds brilliant in the mix - maybe try one out". Anyway, I remember Birdy saying to me about two years ago when I was experiencing similar Precision woes that I should get a Sadowsky, and thought, "yep, it's about time...". Thanks to Alanbass for a great and quick deal, to Loudanclear for being so honest about a bass I was at the time determined to get (his Celinder), and to everyone above and in PMs who took the time to give me advice. Chris
Chris no problem I think you will get on very well with the Sadowsky - its no problem you quoting me either I just maybe would add a small amount of context - the Celinder would stand up to any Sadowsky (or any other bass for that matter) (imho) but having exchanged Pm's with you it was my opinion that a sadowsky was more suited to what you were stating you were after (I have one so was able to offer my own judgement call on this) particularly the jazz neck - I would have loved to have sold/swapped the celinder but not if you werent going to be happy with it! I love the Celinder but probably the only reason I am selling it is it has a Precision (44mm neck) and I like you have just come to prefer a Jazz neck. Anyway love to know what you think after you have had a god chance to play the Sad in a band setting. cheers Terry

 6. For sale - my Celinder P Update 4. This is a bass of real quality. It is active with the Celinder preamp but still manages to retain the Preision sound but maybe with a bit more versatility. The neck is outstanding - precision profile but very thin (front to back) so very playable. It is a great sounding bass and a joy to play. For sale at £1650 delivered with a generic hard case. Try out viewing welcome. any queries please PM (pics taken inside and out as the outside pics dont really show the grain on the wood very well) thanks

 14.
Nice bass, even if it is missing a string Do you reckon the slopey neck pickup makes much tonal difference to a normal J? Just curious.
Yes thank you Rich - it is a nice one - hard to say on the pick up front - the bass has great tone hard to tell how much is due to pick up positiong etc - looks good though imho!
 15. Reluctantly... My moon bass - I bought this direct from Japan several years ago. It Is probably the most understated bass I own .The tone on this bass is incredible - great for slap (yes it does sound like Larry Graham) but really punchy fingersyle and also really driving when played with a Pick. It is well balanced , immaculately crafted - with an ebony fret board - it is also very very lite - one of the litest basses I have owned - it does have a few battle scars but nothing serious (most show up in the photos) and one of the pots crackles a little when turned. Not too many of these around so it is pretty difficult to price but I reckon £600 (+del) is fair - comments on this very welcome collection/tryout welcome.
