2. Oh OK.... you got me.... It's another, different, WAL....!!
3.
They sound fantastic and as long as your running 4 ohms its plenty loud enough £300 is a hoofing bargain
It certainly is!!
4. I have the possibility of obtaining a bass I've always wanted.... and it's VERY expensive.... SO..... this is just a feeler.... If I wanted to sell my 1983 Wal Mk1 what SERIOUS offers would anyone here make? PM me please if you are interested....I really don't want to sell but may do for a suitably high offer..... It is Mahogany with Wenge facings and Maple neck. All electronics are original & fully working..... Here's some pics.... it's the one on the left in both photos....
5. Check out a new Spector Re-Bop or a used Spector Euro.... Versatile, growl, punch, sustain and sexy modern looks....
6. Have another free bump for a superb cab!
7. Have a free BUMP for a GREAT sounding head!!
8.
Make way for Cetera!
I'm here.... I'm here!!! I thought I heard someone calling.... Best value for money must go to the Spector EuroLX range. The build quality is up there with the US models, hardware is heavy duty, gold plated etc and active pickups are EMG. The Tonepump preamp takes some taming but if you know what you're doing it's a sinch! The tone is to die for.... plenty of mid punch with a solid fundamental and sparkling highs. They're capable of anything and they look sexy as hell! Good luck in your quest!

10. Ooh! That's lovely..... and I love the metallic red! Have a free bump!
11. The market is slow at the moment.... everyone's trying to make ends meet.... Have a free bump for a great bass though!
12. Biggest.... to 14,000 people at the Ariake Coliseum in Tokyo.... Smallest.... with a 6 piece band in a 'gangster' pub in Tolworth on a corner stage no bigger than a large dining table.... and with the punters packed in right up in our faces. Was a wonderful gig though!!
13. Goodbye To Love - The Carpenters Fabulous song.... and one of my fave guitar solos..... but probably best avoided!
14. Ah mate, you've discovered the 'secret' joys of the Tech21 Landmark! I LOVE this head..... it does every sound I want and especially excels in the grindy/gritty hi-mid classic rock sound.... As Ade says, I had the Landmark 300 and I sold it to him..... but only so I could buy the more powerful Landmark 600!! If you can hold a little while (crazy busy here at the mo) we can maybe get together and you can give my Landmark a trial run.....
15. Thanks Rickster! A Gotoh or a standard Fender bridge it is then....
16.
A stunning collection, well done for bringing together such a wonderful example of Stuart's companies work. I'm the proud owner of the first production Ns5XL (003), I'll post a few pictures when I take delivery of my custom Spalted Flamed Maple in October and kill two birds with one stone. Phil
Cheers Phil. look forward to seeing your Spectors in October then!
17. Great rig! I bet that destroys!!

19. Hey Gui! So glad you're using the 1x15. How's it all sounding?!?
20. What more can be said about the Dr? He carefully packaged up a lovely pickguard and lovingly wrapped some chrome knobs and despatched them quicksmart to Chez Cetera..... and all before my cheque had even cleared! What a top bloke!
21. Thanking you kindly Anyone else in the meantime?
22. Beautiful rig and a GREAT price! I can certainly recommend the Samson Wirless and Mesa Diesel cab from personal experience
23. Just wondering..... I'd like to fit one of those big 70's style Fender Jazz Bridge covers on my 'parts' jazz but I know it won't fit over the Badass II that I have.... Anyone know/have experience of which bridges will accept the cover (apart from the standard Fender jazz bridge)? I was thinking Badass III or maybe Gotoh?
24.
It would be a treat to see the Jackson Kip Wingers and the RJ & RS Peaveys.
I'll try my best.... but it may be a little while....
