1.
Saw Roxy Music live yesterday over here in Belgium on a big festival around midnight... not with Guy Pratt but with Jerry Meehan. Good bass-playing but I would have preferred to hear a Jazz bass instead of a Precision to play the Roxy Music repertoire.
A Wal would have been even better
 2.
No. Biting my tongue.
Good job I don't do that.... I'd be out of a 'tribute' job!
 3. Here's a question for you Guy! What bass(es) did you play on the 'Toy Matinee' album and what exact effect pedal did you use on tracks like 'Queen Of Misery'? Thanks! I LOVE that album...and your playing on it!
 4.
calling Cetera!
I'm here! Tis true that 'theatres' is where the money is.... We've never taken that step as the Agents tend to want to book small tours' of a fortnight or so.... and with families/responsibilities and decent full-time jobs this just wouldn't work for us...

 7. Thanks mate! A great bass is a great bass..... and this is one and the same!
 8. Finally, this website is worthy of the legendary 'customer service' that PJ and Stuart are known for with the Spector brand....
 9. Wow! I've just been browsing the new 'improved' Spector website (launched yesterday) for the last hour or so and have to say that it is one of the best bass manufacturer websites I've ever seen! http://www.spectorbass.com/ ALL the models through the years with full details on each one, history, artists, tech guides, links, accessories, online store, dealers etc etc etc.... Over 200 pages of info.... It's porn to me....

 12. Not likely on the Neox212! Would like another for a DOOM rig tbh...! Resistance is pointless on the Tech21 amp! Have another free bump
 13.
Hello! is this amp still available for sale? Cheers Andy
It is indeed.... just....!
 14. One VERY simple answer to all this. Get a Sansamp Bass Driver or VT Bass pedal. It's all you need, whatever bass you're playing....
