This was my thought. It tapers wider away from the nut too so you'd likely end up with a lot of dead space to either side using a standard 12-string bridge.

That is a pretty thing! I love how the bottom of the bridge matches the curve of the body, very elegant.

If you want to spend that amount of money on a Tobias-designed non-custom bass I'm not sure why you wouldn't get an export MTD. Aside from nostalgia I guess.

2x boxes, each containing some combination of additional cardboard and bubblewrap. Free to anyone who can collect from Glasgow G51, near the south end of the Clyde tunnel and QEUH. It sounds fine, but pretty anonymous so far. I've not had the time or energy to restring it yet but I don't expect it to be terribly characterful. Looks cool though. There doesn't seem to be many about though.

I'm definitely feline something about it. Pity it's not a 5 I got one of the new ones recently and being "any colour as long as it's black" seems like a missed opportunity

I think my most embarassing one is when I managed to book tickets to go to a gig (to see DB virtuoso Edgar Meyer iirc) without realising that my band at the time also had a (totally different) gig that night, which somehow I didn't realise until they called me to find out why I wasn't at the soundcheck. Fortunately they were able to cope without me for one night but not my finest hour.

Now that I've given up Getting Mad Online as a hobby I'm mostly in my yellow hat phase these days I think.

That's a pretty thing! I have one Cort instrument and a couple made by them for other brands and they're always great quality.
