  2. Don't forget that I said "about". Having had a recalculation, and bought a bass or two since then, "over" would be a better word. I'd better do an inventory, I'm not sure myself. In terms of basses, fewer[1] than @cetera and more than @neepheid. [1] Note correct English
  3. Amazing effects processor, loads of information about it out there. A little bit too high tech for me as I'm not playing much at the moment.
  4. All in one type of pedal, super easy to control with your phone and the big single knob.

  16. The HILS are on sale now in Andertons - £479 for the 5 string and £399 for the 4. I snagged the last gunmetal 5 - not sure if they will get more in.
  17. I've got a Double Trolley by Marc Grue. I got it broken and have mended it to be in usuable condition. I found this unusable, where the wheels were bent, and the wheel frame did no fit the stool, and the latch under the seat snapped and a few other problems. I've put a new latch on and rebent the frame, cleaned it up and tighten some loose parts so that it is in good working condition. I've have tried and tested a couple of times going to and from, and at rehearsals. This is a trolley which helps move your bass around and conveniently doubles up as a stool. Tyres hold pressure, and will require a bungee to fasten to your bass. Find out more about it here: https://doubletrolley.com/index.php Due to the size of the item, I would prefer collection in person. I can provide more pictures on request. Open to offers. Thank you

  18. I'm surprised at that as the overall length from fixed point (back of the body) to fixed point (tuner) is longer than on a through bridge (bridge to tuner), so the marginal increase in length required to press the string down to the fret would be lower as a percentage of the overall length on the through body than the through bridge, so I would expect the tension on through body to be slightly less than through bridge.

  20. If it goes good it's a lot of amp for the money.
  21. Ain't no judge going to let that slide with previous for fraud.
  22. Bought a pedal from Mark in an excellent deal. Highly recommended!
  23. Pedant alert: There are multple solution though, e.g. B=1 G=97. you can only get a unique solution if we know the total number of instruments (ie G + B).
  24. I'd hold out for a 12 band graphic head.
  25. Back In The USSR - some obscure Northern beat combo
  26. If it was a 54p bass for £20 I'd tell them to stuff it. 😄
  27. Putting out a feeler for a Zoom B9.1ut. for sale. Bought this on here some years ago and now wanting to move it on. It's a great "Bass Control Centre" with excellent connectivity - check it online if not familiar. It does have a loose power connection (as when bought) and needs a bit of jiggling and BluTak etc to fix in place. Comes with a substitute 12V psu (as bought). Might benefit from a quieter supply but YMMV. Apart from that all controls / pots / connections etc seem good. Manual etc available online and there's a good PC editor program I got from the Zoom website. I can supply if it's dropped off there. Posting this would be a hassle - it's def on the large / solid side, so price is for collection from Brighton or Littlehampton (Home / Work) although delivery / meet up could be possible in the Sussex region. Just ask me if interested. Will do photos if interest shown. Would prefer to move it on here rather than Ebay etc.
