It has a nice smooth overdrive with a little bit of crunch, like a custard cream that has been left out of the biscuit tin for a day or so. This was used in the Jaffa cake affair to persuade the powers that be that their product was in fact a cake and not a biscuit, saving themselves a fair old whack in tax.
