Musicman20 Posted October 3, 2009 Author Share Posted October 3, 2009 (edited) Well, after people mentioned it before, its actually true, the Shuttle 3.0/6.0 was given less low end compared to the Shuttle 9.0 because they were made especially for smaller cabinets, hence they didnt want to have people damaging speakers. That would clear up the whole issue about ithe 6.0 lacking the ummmphhh the other micro heads have. I'm in the market for a lightweight head and have been waiting for the Orange Bass Terror BT500 to try out but the delivery date slips back every time I look and Orange don't reply to my e-mails? I always thought i would stick with MB but this looks much more interesting. Better priced for a tube front end and more power (not that i need it). I also love the Musicman that Ed is playing in the YT video as well. Christ this could be a very expensive couple of months. I reckon we are looking at a month but thats fine with me....means I can have more money saved up! Its definitely more logical than the 12.0 for me....I prefer that it powers a 8 ohm cab with the 500W and is so small! All my cabs apart from the Berg are 8 ohms and mid sized, so this little amp is perfect for showing their true potential as stand alone 8 ohm cabs.
