What am I doing wrong with EMG pickup?

I'm trying to fit a new EMG P pickup to a Warwick Adam Clayton bass with no success. I followed the accompanying diagram but still no luck? Another issue is the EMG output jack is a lot smaller than the stock Warwick one it comes with. Any ideas?

Look carefully at the official EMG diagram, you'll see what you're doing wrong!

 

The pickup is entering the volume pot below, not above and you mismatched the position of the connectors on the tone pot!?!

 

So the inputs and outputs are totally wrong.

 

Double check everything before going any further.

Thanks for reply. Let me double check, I'm sure the pickup wire is going to the volume pot. If you zoom in you will see. B
