probably one of the little TDA chips, surprised no one's thought of it before. i might actually make one myself and/or buy one, would be perfect for practice if i had a spare cab.

would be mint for overdriving things, although you don't really need THAT much gain ;p

quite a few people have done tiny power amps though.

Wouldn't it blow up your amp or whatever is next in the chain because it's a speaker output?

Well I would have thought so, it would be too powerful to use as a boost or pre-amp, but micro amps have been around for ages:
