pantherairsoft Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago As a big fan of the Subdecay Noisebox, I’m super excited to give this a serious go! 1 Quote
Immo Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Now here's something quite different than your typical Muff-like/FuzzFace-like/ToneBender-like fuzz. Emma OKTO-NØJS. While most samples online evoke that funky and synthy stuff, I'm happy to say it dooms as well especially if paired with another dirt pedal. It's fun on its own, of course, but it shines in a company. I love what it can do when coupled with an octave fuzz and/or envelope filter. Of course it has its learning curve. Quality, fit and finish is great. It is also a looker. 4 Quote
ProjeKtWEREWOLF Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I just ordered a Boss OC-5. Why? No idea. I don't really need one, but it sounds cool. 1 Quote
GisserD Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Oops. I slipped and sourced a trio of strymons. 4 Quote

Do Horrothia ever have them for sale? Sounds great! They came out with a Mk.2, that replaced the 2-position switch with a knob (so offering more range) and the Mk.2 can run on battery. This Mk.1 version is officially discontinued. However, I understand that the Mk.2 is out of production at the moment pending a restock on a number of components. Not discontinued though, so I'd expect another run in the future. This one, serial 000, was Tom at Horrothia's personal one, which he was kind enough to let go as I was very persistent in wanting one I've been using this daily since it arrived and it's easily the nicest low-gain drive I've ever used (and I've used a lot!). 1 Quote
Paddy777 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I’m not really a big overdrive person, but I still like some saturation, so I’m always looking at different low gain OD’s and various saturators/magic “toan” pedals 😁 I’m going to look out for one of these - how much do they/the mk2 cost at Horrothia, there’s a couple on eBay from Japan but that pricing isn’t necessarily a guide - I’m guessing £200-250ish judging by other pedals they sell? 1 Quote

The Mk.2 is £250 the last time it was in stock. If you ever find yourself near Derby, you're more than welcome to come give this one a whirl. Shep 1 Quote
