It was a dreadful bastardised thing that started out as a 10-string. binky_bass Posted October 31, 2020 Posted October 31, 2020 Having owned a 'proper' 13 string bass, and knowing the difficulties of having a set of strings made that actually work for standard bass tuning, and looking at the strings on that heap-o-cràp, I do wonder what kind of tuning that thing is in or if its just a random assortment of 17 strings that vaguely look like they've been strung thickest to thinnest.
