Just taken off and out of the ā€˜72 P bass that’s just been fettled by Howard BassDoc.Ā

Solid Brass scratch plate and thumb rest and bridge too - yep solid brass! Ā£SOLDĀ probably worth that weighed inšŸ˜‚

Kent Armstrong Pick ups - sounded great but put original ā€˜72 back in Ā£30

Can ship or collect Hexham/Newcastle

Forgive my ignorance, but how does that bridge work if there are no slots for the strings? O.o

Well I’m not 100% sure how as it’s not slotted. But, it was on when I got it and it worked fine. It’s a heavy chunky old unit but worked as you’d expect it to. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

I had a set of these KA pickups on a Squier P bass and they sounded amazing. Real high output with classic precision thump.

GLWTS

Aye they were excellent in the bass when I got it but changed them back to stock.Ā
