Bill Fitzmaurice Posted October 21, 2018 Share Posted October 21, 2018 If you have an NLF2 connector there's no choice on how to wire it, there being only 1+ and 1- poles. Use an NLF4 wired 1+/2+ at the amp end and NLF2 wired 1+/1- at the cab end. Its a NLT4FX. but, i cant for the life of me work out how to open it, it seems like a metal version of the usual speakons? any ideas? The speakons with a metal sliding locking "thumb " switch are easy. It's those feckers with the round grey locking collar that are the real pain. I recently made up a box for a 100V line transformer and put the input on an NLF2/2way socket and the output (100V Line) on an NLF4/4way socket wired 2+2- as recommended by Neutrik).
