Cheap combos

Any recommendations on a cheap but workable combo? Need something loud enough to act as a monitor for small gigs, doesn't need to be really loud as I'm not battling an acoustic kit.

Does need to have a DI out though and not weigh the earth.

The Eden EC15 is looking good for £160. Need it pretty quickly, so probably going to have to buy new.

There's always a TC Combo for sale somewhere. I loved my 208, which may not be loud enough, but there were 12s and 15s too.

That was choice number 1 😁 if I could find one sharpish. Volume wise, sure the 1x12 would do it. 2x8 probably not toooo far off.

I recommend the new Fender Rumble 100. I have played with an acoustic drummer and decently loud guitarist and it kept up. It's loud, light and cheap. I got mine, secondhand for £165.

I own, much louder amps and cabs, but the Fender is fine for the pub type gigs I do.

+1. There is a 200 watt job currently for sale on here for £200 which would see you fine for most gigs ( and also lightweight and sound brill.)

There's a cracking Genz Benz Contour 500 combo in the F/S section. Silly cheap at £170 I think and a great bit of kit. I have no coneection to the seller btw.

Messaged earlier, unfortunately too far for collection. Bargain for someone though! Cheers.
