But are some voting only twice, then..? How does that stack up..? :blink:

15 people voted, but there's only 40 votes. It doesn't add up. Maybe 10 used 3 votes and 5 used 2 votes.

... and who are these 5, then..? How can we incite them to like another entry each..? Can we compensate with an arbitrary allocation of missing votes..? Is this how the EU referendum will be run..? Is there a pilot in the cockpit..? Who's running this show, anyway..? The public should be told... :ph34r:

If a voter has actually identified a run away favourite for themselves , it might mean that they read the rules as if they could use up to 3 votes but choose just 1 , you yourself lamented that the 3 votes could not go on 1 entry ;) , therefore casting just 1 vote would actually provide sole benefit to the track of preference :D

I plead not guilty, m'lud, and protest that 'lamentation' is 'a bit strong'..! I wuz tempted, that's all, and resisted the temptation. Success..!
The idea of voting is, I would suggest, more a means of providing approbation and encouragement rather than electing a 'winner'; all entries are 'winners' by their very existence..! This is not a micro-FIFA; no votes at all does not mean 'loser' (I have my pride..! :blush: ). Still a bit of a mystery, though. :blink:

The missing votes went to Sepp Blatter...

Isn't he a character from the 4th Harry Potter novel..? The one with all those warts and greasy hair..? :huh:

Harry Potter and the Brown Envelope?
Yes, that's the one, where the Quidditch World Cup bid is won by Orpington, and the Black family turn out to be Death-Eaters..! There's an unexplained mystery in there, though; who dobbed Dobby..? :huh:

And the winner is...

the boy..!

[sharedmedia=core:attachments:167486]

Quite closely run again; the standard is very high. A well-deserved win for an excellent piece...

Here ,then, is your Winner's Certificate (download and save as pdf file, then proudly print and frame...) ...

... which looks like this (but bigger, of course..!)...

Another fine bunch of entries this month so, although I didn't doubt for a minute which one I personally thought best, there was still a very high standard from the other works. Felicitations are due to all who entered. Once again, all entries got votes, so showing that they are all appreciated. B)

Well done the boy! Great track and a deserving win.

Please message me with your choice of image for the next challenge and I'll launch the new thread in the Rec forum tomorrow morning.

Well done also to everyone else. It was a close-run month and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to them all :)
