mrbassman_de Posted April 18, 2015 Author Posted April 18, 2015 Thanks. Yes, it is even more breathtaking if you could see it in person. Just made a fresh surface lifting with Carnauba wax and the Buckeye top developed a 3-dimensional flame pattern... really nice. I love these Amber Buckeye colours.
Musashimonkey Posted April 18, 2015 Posted April 18, 2015 Wow, another fantastic bass from a fantastic seller!
AndyTravis Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 Just about to move house, and with the sale of the current house there will be some money to fit a new kitchen and bathroom in the new house... I don't need that sh*t, right? Bloody beautiful.
mrbassman_de Posted May 2, 2015 Author Posted May 2, 2015 Potential and enthusiastic buyer disappeared into nothing. Boring. Still available. Open for cash offers. The GBP is just falling again, so price will increase in UK in the next days.
mrbassman_de Posted July 29, 2015 Author Posted July 29, 2015 I have seen lower grade models going for more than my asking price. May be the Single Coils or the 21 frets are not to everybody's taste because they seem to limit the player's options. Be sure that the Fodera Singles sound more open than Duals in Sngle mode and the 21 frets are much more than most of the players out there are really using, besides the fact that the shorter board allows a different slap positioning, resulting in a fatter slap tone than with 24 frets. Of course - YMMV ...
Auslander Posted July 29, 2015 Posted July 29, 2015 Hi Rainer, really interested i'll contact you in the evening... What is DN board? Cheers
andybassdoyle Posted August 12, 2015 Posted August 12, 2015
up for the best seller on there
+1, I bought a bass from rainer earlier this year. Significant decision for me but I've been very, very pleased. I wonder how many thoroughbreds have posed on that sofa!
lownote Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 (edited) Beyond awesome. Lust is a deadly sin. Are those humming pups or humbuckers? I do so hate a humming pickup. Edited August 19, 2015 by lownote12
mrbassman_de Posted August 13, 2015 Author Posted August 13, 2015 These are split coils, therefore hum free.
