First time I ordered online from them they phoned me almost immediately to tell me one of the pedals was out of stock. Told me how Long the wait was likely to be, and offered alternative choices, or to cancel part of my order. Great people to deal with, and they are always keen to do everything they possibly can in order to rectify an issue, on the rare occasion they occur. For example, about a year after I bought my mif b3k, it developed a grounding problem. They got in touch with Douglas, and a couple of emails later, the pedal was on its way back to Finland for repair, and back with me within a week. Richard is himself a bass player, and has a wealth of bass related fx knowledge. Good prices, and they were happy to let me try the bass out for a good long time before making a decision.
