Serial Number: 502198 It has some signs of wear and tear due to age/gigging etc. But it is still a fantastic looking guitar. So I thought I would make it clear in the item description exactly how much I wanted for the guitar and could any potential buyers contact me personally. [/quote] It doesn't matter what you write in a description - if you put it on ebay with no reserve & a starting bid of 1p - what the heck do you expect people to do? I've sold things from 1p start price to £8500 start price, never had any contact from ebay telling me there are limits? I'm not doubting the story, just never heard of it myself. I honestly feel that the site should restrict sales to new members until they have made a set number of posts. The way they do that is send a letter with a number on it to your address. You input that number on ebay and automatically your limit goes up. My limit went from £850 per month to over £3000 per month. Just request a higher limit and ebay will issue the confirmation letter for you.
