chris_b Posted July 20, 2012 Share Posted July 20, 2012 Bobby Vega used a pick when he played in Tower Of Power and Sly And The Family Stone. BV said that in TOP he had to use the pick because he couldn't play finger style fast enough to keep up with the bass parts. So the pick was not an issue to those bands.
