samuel Posted April 8, 2012 Share Posted April 8, 2012 Hi, I'm now a very proud owner of a 5 string rumour that was purchased on here Spent the day cleaning and polishing and fresh strings to boot and the bass looks stunning Was wondering if there was a set guide anywhere or anyone could give some tips for action/pickup height etc on the basses. visog Posted April 8, 2012 Share Posted April 8, 2012 Samuel, Pics please! Re. action/pick-up set-up, that's a big topic but Bernie's basses are all adjustable. It'd down to preference really. I think most Rumour players are on the slappy/technical side and speed-freaks so they tend to set their actions low. al embic Posted August 23, 2012 Share Posted August 23, 2012 My pair.. The new deeper blue/grey burst (Celeste) has a prism sparkle finish,blue side leds.Really hard to photograph the sparkle though.
