woodyratm Posted February 5, 2014 Author Share Posted February 5, 2014 I decided to get Rich to go a little nuts on the paint/polishing again - so it's currently having a little holiday where she'll come back relaxed, cleaned and looking fantastic. Which I should add I visited her the other night.... Oh my sweet baby jesus - the purple is looking amazing. He also went back and made the neck even better (which I didn't think possible!) - I can't even think of a description! But it's lovely. So smooth and lush. She'll be coming back with a new hipshot xtender and some nice new aurora black strings (possibly purple depending if I stick em on my lakland!) I have a ticket for moffat so will be with me (unless I get stuck offshore...) - so anyone who wants to see the Purple Beastie up close is welcome to give her a shotty. I'm starting a build soon, and want to make a master template to use more than once. I'd also love to know some more info on installing LED's! Am I asking you to reveal too many secrets on that one.
