  1. Hi bud, I'm based in Belgium. Shipping to U.K. mainland will cost around 15£. Kind regards, Donovan
  2. I've just gotten delivery of a T-rex Fuel tank classic, so I'm no longer looking for trades with power supplies.
  3. Hi, I'm offering some gear for sale as I've got a custom fretless 5'er coming in and I'm trying to gather some cash for the transport and import fees. Trade options for the fretless are listed at the very bottom.* Allparts Lined Fretless Jazz Bass (modern take on Jaco's bass) : => 750Euro / £666 Allparts - Dimarzio - Hipshot - Fender - Bareknuckle - Switchcraft The placement of the neck and the drilling of the holes for the neck pocket, tuners and such was done by a well known luthier. I've added pictures of the shielding and wiring to show you the quality of the work that has been done on this bass. This one was put together from high quality parts that are usually only found in >1600Euro basses. Play a few notes and you will already be amazed by how good she sounds and plays. And at just over 4kg. she hangs light over the shoulder. Note she has a little dent at the very top of the headstock from hitting a cymbal (as shown in the lastpicture). spec's: Body: Jazz Bass®, Alder, 3-Tone Sunburst finish. https://www.voxhumanawebstore.nl/allparts-3-tone-sunburst-finished-jazz-bass-body.html Neck: ALLPARTS FRETLESS JAZZ BASS NECK MAPLE WITH LINED EBONY FINGERBOARD https://www.voxhumanawebstore.nl/allparts-fretless-jazz-bass-neck-maple-with-lined-ebony-fingerboard.html Tuners: Hipshot HB7 Bass tuners https://www.axesrus.co.uk/1-x-Hipshot-HB-7-Bass-Machine-Head-p/20710hb7.htm Pickup's: DiMarzio DP123BK Set https://www.thomann.de/be/dimarzio_dp123bk.htm?ref=intl&shp=eyJjb3VudHJ5IjoiYmUiLCJjdXJyZW5jeSI6IjIiLCJsYW5ndWFnZSI6ImVuIn0%3D Nut: Graph Tech TUSQ PQ-1200-00 Saddle 1200W https://www.thomann.de/be/knauer_basssattel_1200w.htm?ref=intl&shp=eyJjb3VudHJ5IjoiYmUiLCJjdXJyZW5jeSI6IjIiLCJsYW5ndWFnZSI6ImVuIn0%3D Bridge: Fender Hi Mass Bridge IV Brass https://www.thomann.de/be/fender_hi_mass_bridge_iv_brass.htm Poti's: BARE KNUCKLE/CTS 280K STANDARD SHAFT POTENTIOMETER https://www.bareknucklepickups.co.uk/shop/product/bkp-custom-audio-taper-280k-cts-standard-shaft-pot Bare Knuckle/Jensen capacitor: 0.022µF https://www.bareknucklepickups.co.uk/shop/product/jensen-bkp-capacitor Jack: Allparts Switchcraft Stereo Jack Plug https://www.thomann.de/be/goeldo_j0019_stereoklinkenbuchse.htm Control Plate: Fender Control Plate Jazz-Bass https://www.thomann.de/be/fender_control_plate_jazz_bass.htm?ref=intl&shp=eyJjb3VudHJ5IjoiYmUiLCJjdXJyZW5jeSI6IjIiLCJsYW5ndWFnZSI6ImVuIn0%3D Neck Plate: Fender Neck Plate Corona 5 Hole https://www.thomann.de/be/fender_neck_plate_fendercorona.htm?ref=intl&shp=eyJjb3VudHJ5IjoiYmUiLCJjdXJyZW5jeSI6IjIiLCJsYW5ndWFnZSI6ImVuIn0%3D Strings: La Bella LTF-4A Bass Flexible Flats L https://www.thomann.de/be/la_bella_ltf_4a_bass_flexible_flats_l.htm?ref=intl&shp=eyJjb3VudHJ5IjoiYmUiLCJjdXJyZW5jeSI6IjIiLCJsYW5ndWFnZSI6ImVuIn0%3D *Trade Options: - Kala U Bass or similar travel size bass - Keeley bassist (Limiter) - Boss LMB-3 (Limiter) - Boss RC-1 Looper - Blackstar Fly 3 Bass - Power supply with 6 or more isolated 9v outputs (Europlug) Feel free to send me a PM if you have any questions. 4. Got some new pedals coming in and I only have room for 6 pedals on my board, so some of these have to go. All prices include U.K. shipment, The Seymour Duncan is one of the best compressors out there, check the ovnilab review! http://www.ovnilab.com/reviews/duncan.shtml It has the same circuitry as the new Seymour Duncan studio Bass compressor, but has the option to switch between High, Mid or Full, this affects the clean signal you can blend in with the doubleback/clean knob and gives you the choice to blend the full signal with the compressed signal, only the clean mids or only the clean highs. This opens up a lot of options for your toneshaping. I bought this on here a while ago, but short after it arrived the footswitch failed. I had it replaced with a quality footswitch by a professional and while it was in pieces I decided to give it a fresh coat of paint to make it stand out more. I renamed it Fart Vader because it helped my amp from farting out as I was using it mainly as a limiter to control the crazy peaks of my envelope filter and fuzz pedals and I thought it was funny as well. Don't know what everyone else thinks tho.. 😛 Anyway, superb compressor pedal and I'd love to think it looks kinda cool too, don't really want to let it go, but I need the boardspace. Comes with original box and manual. 100£ incl. U.K. shipment => PRICEDROP! £85 incl. shipment! And last but not least my vintage Boss OC-2 Octaver made in Japan, april 1984 Works perfectly, does that signature synth sub thing that everybody loves. I'm still not really sure if I want to let this go as it works so well with my other pedals => 150£ http://www.stompboxzone.com/decoder/boss_decoder.php Serial Decoder - Results Entered Serial: 419500 1980-1989 era Your pedal was made in Apr, 1984 Source Audio programmable EQ => SOLD to Gilles!!
  5. Sorry it took so long, but I finally managed to upload a little demo video of the Allparts fretless. Please excuse my lack of skill, I have only been playing fretless for just over a year now so my technique still needs a lot of training and adjusting. I've always been more of a builder, guitar tech, producer and audiophile than a crowd pleaser and "true player" so don't expect too much.. I Love what I do tho.. so I hope that counts for something! 😅 spec's: Body: Allparts, lightweight alder Neck: custom order Allparts lined fretless with ebony board (the neck has side dots! the profile lies somewhere between a J and a P neck, but definitely closer to a J) Tuners: Hipshot HB-7 Pickups: Dimarzio Model J Electronics: Passive V/V/T , Bareknuckle CTS pot's and Bareknuckle /Jensen Capacitor Bridge: Fender BadderAss bridge (brass) extra's: Fender Waterslide decal on headstock, Fender backplate, black metal knobs for the control plate. All cavities were fully shielded with conductive paint and copper tape and the bridge is grounded by both wire and copper strip! The playability of this instrument is superb and due to the Dimarzio pickups and hi-quality parts and wiring she sounds like an instrument more than double the price. The weight is 4 kg https://youtu.be/BVXl3LJObPU
  6. Uhm.. interesting combination.. Any trades you might be interested in?
  7. Help! My Seymour Duncan Doubleback compressor suddenly stopped compressing and now sounds like some kind of crazy overdrive... Bought the pedal a week ago here in the classifieds on BC, it worked great for 4 days untill today. Now it sounds like a glitchy distorton with some sort of hi-cut on almost all the settings. I isolated the pedal from the chain and bypassed everything sounds normal, but as soon as I activate the compressor I get a loud hum, an inmense volume boost (even with the volume and sustain knobs almost all the way down!) and some sort of distortion that varies from a heavy sounding overdrive to some sort of bitcrusher-esque sound... I've already opened it up to look for loose wires/contacts, but can't see anything wrong with it... 😥 I've uploaded a video to show you how it sounds like:
  8. Thanks, 155£ is a bit more than I would like to spend on it tho, I've seen several of these go over the last couple of weeks for around 100£, so I'm hoping to find one in that price range...
  9. The description on the box of the pickups says: Dimarzio Model J DP123BK Thanks for clearing that up for me ikay!
  10. Just checked and you are absolutely right! (Will change it immediately, thanks for letting me know) I've used both in the past and got them mixed up... 🙄
  11. Forgot to mention: In only used flatwounds on this bass, so there are no marks on the neck and the bass is currently strung with LaBella Low Tension flats. New price of the parts alone was around 1150£.
  12. If you are willing to send it to Belgium for that price I'll take it. I'll send you a PM.

  14. Do you know how much power this draws/needs? Can't find any info on the website.
  15. Thanks bud, she sounds amazing too, lots of of "Oomph" from the neck pickup and plenty of "Growl" from the bridge pickup. She has a very high output for a passive bass as well, with both pickup volumes open it's sometimes hard to believe that you are playing a passive instrument, lots of definition and sustain all over the fretboard, the Dimarzio + Bareknuckle combo is definitely a force to be reckoned with.
  16. I bought this pedal just before I left for vacation and got it delivered just over a month ago (realised just a day too late that the 30day return period was over and that's why I can't return it to the store anymore) and I absolutely love how it sounds, but sadly I have so many similar fuzz's already that I don't really have a need for it in my current set-up, hence the sale. The pedal was only used a handfull of times at home (just to try it out) so it's absolutely mint and they come with a lifetime warranty! New these go for 204£ + shipping (https://www.musik-produktiv.com/be/wren-and-cuff-tall-font-russian.html) and due to the fact that this one is basically brand new, boxed, with papers I'm looking for 180£ for this and that includes UK/EU shipping. Tradewise I'm (only) looking for: - Malekko B:Assmaster (with cash your way) - 3 Leaf audio You're Doom - Black arts toneworks Black Sheep - Boss RC-1 Looper - Keeley bassist - Boss LMB-3 kind regards, Don
  17. Thanks bud! I've really put my heart into putting this one together. ❤️ I know the triple shielding with conductive paint, copper tape AND three ground wires was probably a bit of overkill, but I'm just a bit OCD when it comes to building basses I think.. #BetterSafeThanSorry 😛 For the weight I went through 4 bodies untill I found a significantly lighter one and that + the gorgious grain in both front and back eventually sold me on this one.
  18. Hi, due to an endorsement deal I have to part with my beloved Allparts jazz. This is the 5th Allparts "Jaco tribute" that I've build (sold all the previous versions to friends) and I basically used all the parts that I liked best in my previous builds and used those to build this "holy grail" which is my take on Jaco's bass but with a modern twist. I build this bass 6months ago and it has only been gigged two or three times, so the condition is still near mint except for a little dent on top of the headstock where I hit the cymbal (see last picture). As to the building proces: I did 2 years of luthier school, work as a guitar tech for several bands and have build and sold more than 50 basses over the last couple of years, so it's safe to say that I know what I'm doing when it comes to putting a build like this together. spec's: Body: Allparts, lightweight alder Neck: custom order Allparts lined fretless with ebony board (the neck has side dots! the profile lies somewhere between a J and a P neck, but definitely closer to a J) Tuners: Hipshot HB-7 Pickups: Dimarzio Model J Electronics: Passive V/V/T , Bareknuckle CTS pot's and Bareknuckle /Jensen Capacitor Bridge: Fender BadderAss bridge (brass) extra's: Fender Waterslide decal on headstock, Fender backplate, black metal knobs for the control plate. All cavities were fully shielded with conductive paint and copper tape and the bridge is grounded by both wire and copper strip! The playability of this instrument is superb and due to the Dimarzio pickups and hi-quality parts and wiring she sounds like an instrument double the price. The weight is 4 kg Sad to see this go, but due to a recent endorsement deal + the switch to 5 string fretless she probably won't see the use that she deserves anymore, hence the sale. The bass is located in Belgium, but I can ship safely and I will buy a new hardcase for it just to ensure safe shipping. (The only!) Partial trades I'm interested in are: - Kala U-Bass or similar - Black Arts Toneworks - Black Sheep - 3 Leaf Audio Octavbre mini - COG T16 - Keeley Bassist - Boss LMB-3 - Boss RC-1 looper - Blackstar Fly Bass Kind regards, Don
