  2. Keep coming back to look at this... must resist... don’t need another pre eb fretless...
  3. Looks like I’m the first to leave feedback for this top notch BCer! What can I say, a pleasure to deal with, prompt payment, great communication, all the criteria for an honourable bass chatter. Buy, sell or trade with confidence. Cheers Drew
  4. Tipperary/ Waterford, but in and out of Dublin most weeks
  5. Took this on a trade earlier in year for a project that never materialised. So now surplus to requirements, not in any rush to move on, as I have too many other basses. The bass is in fantastic condition, the sound on this ABG has been described as very balanced, not boomy, can be slapped and holds its own played with acoustic guitars, mandos, fiddles etc. I’ve used it within a five piece, two acoustic guitars, Citern and accordion with no issue on sound or projection. Previous owner changed out the stock pickup to a K&K, but the original Fishman is included in the sale, should you wish to reinstall, but I’ve found the K&K to sound lovely in the mix on bigger gigs. Sitka Spruce top, Mahogany back and sides, comes with original Martin Hardshell case and shipping overseas is no problem (buyer pays shipping costs). Previously listed here, https://www.basschat.co.uk/topic/336461-martin-acoustic-00c-16gtae/ So thought it was only fair to re-list at the same price. Trade wise, would consider a straight trade for an Acoustic Image Coda/ Contra extension cabinet. Thanks for looking...

  7. Great price ! Best of luck with the sale!
  8. Just picked up a great guitar/bass stand from Gary, easy transaction and a highly recommended bass chatter.
  9. You should tell all your friends that you’ve a great idea for a house warming gift! 😅
  10. Time to thin out the herd as they say (hope I won’t regret this 🙄), so reluctantly, first up is my rare vintage white Music Man Sabre from the first year (1984) that Ernie Ball bought the company. Further info can be found here http://www.musicmanbass.global/ This bass plays great, truss rod turns easily, has all the features of a pre-Ernie ball (with the exception of fret marker on the 21st fret), skunk stripe, original head stock decals front and back, horse shoe style bridge etc 4 bolt Maple neck with lovely patena running through, there are a few chips in the finish which I’ve tried to capture, Body is dated 29 May 84, Neck is dated 6 Dec 84. Sold with hard case. Serial number C006214 I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Not looking for trades on this one as I’ve too many basses (for me) currently. Priced at £1390 incl. shipping to the U.K.
  11. A+++++ Just did an easy trade with Bassbod for his Martin AB, straight forward and easy transaction, would highly recommend! Cheers Drew
  12. Apologies only saw your comments, There is a trade underway on this, will revert should there be a change. Cheers Drew
  13. Still available folks, would consider a trade for a MM Sabre Bass... or high end fretted acoustic bass.
  14. Don’t think it’s a DIY as the binding looks complete. It’s popped up for sale locally, but the seller has very little info... terrible photo though ☺️
