5.
Cor I haven't heard the Peddlers since I was kid, my dad was a fan and had a few of their albums, always nicely bass heavy if IIRC. Thanks for that.
They were a fantastic trio, when they played the pickwick in the 60s it chockerd out with guys from the stones etc and they were THE trio to watch, tabs bass lines were just so catchy, i confess to owning all the albums as well and learnt dam as near all the bass lines from them so an influence on me for sure. here is the site... http://www.thepeddlers.co.uk/ i was on you tube not long ago and caught Trevor playing with Bjork on the jools holland show with just a snare drum which is just jaw dropping. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gOLkwj-zVI or the classic @!ck award goes to prince.... when he tries to up stage M, jackson and makes a compleate tool of him self by falling off the stage...... 8. Thought it would be a good idea to have a cool bass clips or any instrument, not really playing but just being cool on stage. my first nomination goes to Chris Squire for just taking his bass off... he makes it look so easy dont try it on a small stage tho !!! at 7:11 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WybjHMUTFhM

 13.
Ah. The problem is though that after a few years of wear the screws don't grip the wood properly and then you have to do "microwoodwork" with a bottle of PVA, a box of matches and a dremel. I'm surprised that more manufacturers don't use a little threaded insert and a bolt to be honest.
a good idea .... all the corners of the screw holes in the plastic surround on mine had cracked
 14. Thought it might be a good topic, as i have a few i want too chuck in.. i dont want to start this as a way of getting back at makers for any reason. hell it might even do some good... Ok, al get the ball rolling. my 1st nomination goes to Musicman for that GOTOH plastic Battery compartment on the back. its like something from.... toys are us. mine.... 1,.... the wires came off, 2,....the -NEG terminal rotted at the bottom 3,.... the plastic clip snapped so i swapped for the old RS snap... I know some love it, but to me the old chrome cover and battery snap was perfect. how often do you change the battery anyway that you could not be bothered to undo two screws. a small price to pay for reliability....
 15.
Blimey !!!!! That was quick, i've only just spotted this. I would've been interested in buying this too!!! damn, blast !!!
That was fast... i wonder if tim seen it

 20.
Have just PM'd you funkgod - very interested in the amp and can collect it myself.
Hi sam im not selling it callum222 is..... just trying to help great little work station iv got two one for bass and one for electronic drum/piano monitor. not for gigging tho !.
 21. The best £50 you will ever spend on (usable) bass gear, this one has the uprated alloy speaker, and has the octave synth sub bass effect that tracks better than anything in a pedal, i wish behringer would bring this out as a pedal, its just the best. and has inputs in the rear for a cd, mp3 or tape player and a di out yep so you can use the octaver into your desk and get a great sig ! and.. a tape phono outputs so you can record right into a tape deck or if you get the behringer usb A/D ( £15 £20 ebay) right into your computer with a great sound for not alot of cash. i use mine as a electric drum roland td12 monitor AND key monitor its even got amp out and in on the rear AND headphones, and a tuner out, oh and the octaver is is foot switchable..... OH and its got a fan in it..... So why is it still here ?? £50 ?? you wont be sorry.....
