Grabbed this one recently to check, if I am really only into "fendroid" instruments or if I can live with the modern player. Took it to a gig, everything works perfectly - sound, playability, look, but I am just too used to full size instruments like P or J bass, so I let this one go, last in, first out. Good old German made Warwick Corvette Pro Line. I am not wood expert (so please correct me if I am wrong) but I assume body wood is figured maple in amber finish, neck is maple with mahagony? stripes, with some flames. No idea about fingerboard. MEC pickups, 2 band electronics, switchable to passive. Bass has some worn places, but just from playing, plenty of mojo from 19 years of gigging it (I am the second owner). Up for sale is 2009 limited run Fender Custom Shop 1964 jazz bass. Alder body, quartersawn neck with brazilian rosewood fretboard (very rare and nearly impossible to find), matching headstock.
